Went in Sunday evening 5/22 around 730pm and the store was not busy. The guys that prepared my bowl and my burrito were great.Checking out with Fatima at the register was terrible. She had a negative demeanor towards customers. My burrito was big and she told the guy preparing it to leave the butt of the burrito out/unwrapped. I asked her to get me a extra tinfoil sheet please and she rolled her eyes at me. I didn’t ask her to wrap it….why would you hand someone their food semi wrapped?
Customer service was terrible last night. The young female was terrible. No greeting, no smile, no welcome nothing and she had a little nasty attitude problem and clearly doesn’t like her job and she wears her emotions on her sleeve.I smiled and said hello never said anything back not one word so I just looked at the menu to see what I would order and there you go bam? she was too busy cleaning and doing her other duties and responsibilities besides taking care of the line she had growing….5-10 min later she decided to do her job never again will I go there better food else where anyways. If I was her boss I’d fire her on the spot!
Everytime I come here I feel like the staff is very unfriendly. I had ordered a large guac side with large chips, was charged for it but was given a small guac. I asked if I paid for the large, she asked for my receipt which I gave to her, then she said nothing and took the guac out of my hands and threw it in the trash. If your just going to waste it why wouldn’t they have just let me keep the darn guac? Stayed polite the entire time even though she was very rude, when I said have a great evening & thank you she ignored me also.
So much for craving “chipotle”. What kind of a horrific establishment is this. Workers look miserable and food is AWFUL. Greeted with attitude and faces of disgust. Not a welcoming environment. Their food is extremely salty, fatty, and not tasty whatsoever. Good luck on asking for more meat. You’ll get an ugly glare or get ignored. Seems like everyone needs to be retrained on how to use proper measuring. It’s not rocket science. Oh and how could I forget chewing on a whole piece of avocado skin and almost choking on it. This place needs to fire everyone or shut down. Do not waste your time or money here.
Truthfully, all Chipotle locations are a hit or miss. The nearest location to me is in Waukegan, so I come here. There’s been good and bad visits, but today, 3/18/22 around 2:45, was the best visit I had. I felt like the main focus, and I saw everyone working their positions. I felt like a secret shopper and they knew so they asked me all the right questions. SHOUTOUT TO THE COOKS IN THE BACK, quality food. Keep it up and don’t rush everything. Todo a su tiempo, viva la raza ALV ? arriba las Shibas let’s get this bread. I got a bowl btw perfect heaping scoops. Great team work
They never change cloves not clean at all rude manager I don’t recommend ??
Dirty stations, old an burnt food,Dirty drink stations, dirty tables. Dirty restrooms, the manager had no control either. Kept telling everyone to clean stations. After coming from office. I looked and did not order, was terrified of food poisoning. Very probable this evening. Needs an inspection BADLY.
Horrible service today… Fountain Square Waukegan location… it would help if customer service actually had a phone number for us to call and report this… The girl if you want to call her that at the register, has no business being there…. — 20

Food is good. I don't like when one employee gives a whole spoonful of food, but others give you half. I don't know the ratio they should be giving, but it's not consistent.
