I like the food that's why I keep going there, but sometimes they won't take phone orders and I'm trying to order for lunch, and then depending on who is in there even if you watch, and repeat your order, it can be messed up in your face, and like i said I'm usually at work on lunch and don't have another 10 minutes to watch them remake a sandwich
Music was way to loud, could not order food without yelling your order which you had to say a few times. Then they got our order wrong and we had a long wait for our other sandwiches to be replaced. 45 minutes to be exact. The price was way up there, $27.00 for two sandwiches and a small cheese cake, no fries, no drinks. Sorry. On the plus side it was very clean
My most recent visit here wasn't the best. Before going in to order food I checked their website to see what was on the menu and see their pricing. I went in to place my order (I tried calling it in, but I was told they don't do phone orders) and noticed the pricing on the menu on their wall was more expensive than the online menu. I figured ok, a lot of places prices have went up, no big deal.I placed my order with the girl at the register and the saw what I was being charged was even more expensive than what was listed right behind her on the wall menu. Their internet menu lists their steak fries as $7.49, the restaurant menu has them priced at $9.99 and I was charged $11.99. I mentioned the price difference to her and she said something about the prices going up because of covid ?♀️. I should have walked right out of there but I was hungry.I ordered 4 things and all the items were more expensive than what they had on both menus. The hamburger was $5.99 online but I was charged $9.99 and it didn't even come with fries ? it was good but it definitely wasn't worth $10. I figured with the $4.50 increase on the steak fries, that they would add more than before. Nope! There were actually less than the other times I ordered them. The chicken tenders I ordered were overcooked- chewy and hard.They can set their prices at whatever they choose of course, but why not update the pricing online and in the restaurant?? After paying $39, for a hamburger, steak fries, chicken tenders and a kids meal, getting home and seeing the tenders weren't very good and they skimped on the fries, I felt taken advantage of. Cyoc, you lost a long time customer.
Quick service and great food
This is the first time I came here and I ordered a kids meal because I had a small appetite, they gave me the kids cup and it had crumbs on the lid. Once I dusted it off and got my drink from the machine, I tried putting the lid and it didn’t even fit so I asked my dad to ask them for a new lid or cup at least and they just told us “ we don’t have any more of those cups”. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. not only that but it’s so dirty here , the floors are sticky and the tables as well. They had my food there for 20 mins and didn’t even call out the number and they just kept giving dirty looks.
Terrible customer service. My order had food missing. Tried calling but no one answered the phone. Had to go back on my lunch break to get the order corrected and no one cared. I asked how long I had to wait and was told that if I didn't want to wait I should leave. Notified the owner about what happened and was told that it would be addressed with no real concern towards me.
Awesome little restaurant. The cheesecake selection was incredible, and tasted fantastic. The cheese steak was even better!
Came in for a couple scoops of cheesecake. Had one person infront of me that ordered food. And had to sit and wait for about 20 minutes for someone to scoop the cheese cake out , they even handed out the food order after me out before mine . Customer service is terrible at this location .
Service has declined so bad. They either dont answer the phone or when they do and you ask to place an order and they say ok, you begin to give the order now all of a sudden no phone orders. The new staff is awful! Worried about their phone and each other more than customers. It is absolutely filthy inside!! Feet stick to the floor, garbage on all tables and flyers all over the floor.
The cheesesteak with the works was absolutely fantastic!! loved it!! The cheese cake was just as good. Definitely going to make the trip back!
