I have been here twice and both times they got something wrong on my order. The first time I called and let them know an item was missing. The manager offered to replace it with 2 of them in a large. When I returned, he told them make 2 orders and make them a large. They gave me one med. He told them again and I got one large. I didn't bother correcting them. The second time was tonight. I clearly said mozzarella sticks and chicken nuggets. When I got home, I got the jalapeno cheese things and nuggets ?. I had just gotten off work and I wasn't driving all the way back this time. So I didn't tell them and just ate the jalapeno things, which aren't anywhere near as tasty as mozzarella sticks. I want to go again just to see what else they'll mess up.
Fries are ALWAYS fresh & hot ? My orders are always Accurate & to my satisfaction every time. It's clean & quiet dining area makes it easy to find in! I'm never disappointed & the male African American manager is always professional & friendly.
The manager is a short blonde lady that is rude. I specifically asked to get 2 of each of the following sauces buffalo, ranch, bbq and honey mustard for my order which was a bug order and she just put 1 of each of the sauces and had an attitude like I did something wrong. The cashier that took my order was nice but the manager is HORRIBLE.
I got there around 4:00 am. Drove by the drive thru and the people at that time have told me "I'm not taking any order unless it's door dash or Uber eats.. *I thought they are open 24hrs. a day..
Put in a mobile order for six whoppers and a double whopper. Picked it up from the drivethru, received my drinks, employees forgot my fries and shorted me 3 whoppers and my double whopper. When I went back to ask for what I was shorted a Mexican lady in the back started getting angry at the cashier in Spanish thinking I didn’t understand her saying how I could be lying and I needed to bring back all the items that were in the original bag. Btw she wasn’t even the manager just a cook.
The bun on the Whopper was really cold like they took it from the refrigerator and made my sandwich.
Nice and clean Manager is nice. Quiet place to eat at. Food is good staff are nice.

Rigo was so kind and completed my order 100% if he’s there I’m sure he would not let you down! He needs 100% a raise BK! Best employee I’ve dealt with. Will be coming back because of him!
