You all fell off. I used to eat at that boston market as a child and remember loving it. Now your food is less than garbage and your service as well. We have coma and tried to order chicken for a while. But whenevr we come it seems like you are not serving or ran out of food. The most recent order I had was of your nuggets and they were atrocious. I could not even fathom how you could sell them for 12 dollsrs. They taste as if they came from a prison cafeteria.
Placed an order at 7:35pm for pick up. Got a confirmation and said to pick up at 8:15pm. Got there and the place is empty and all the lights were turned off. I was furious, ordered the family meal for my dad brother and I. I’m very upset I came home empty handed. I need myRefund immediately!
Service was outstanding. Food was decent. Prices were more than we thought they should be.
I asked for meatloaf with gravy on the side they drowned the meatloaf in gravy to hide the fact that the meatloaf was dried out and old. The cornbread was cold and all stuck together the Mac & cheese was cold and salty. My 7 year old gave it 2 thumbs down
The food was good but the variety isn't there. No more turkey or ham or carver sandwiches.

Waukegan location reopened. Horrible! I ordered a family meal for 3. I received a whole chicken and 3 "large" sides. The sides were so small and when I told them they were too small for 3 people, the lady said it depends how much they eat. What? I could have just order 2 individual meals for a lot less money. Also the veggies were mushy, the sweet potato casserole did not have walnuts in it, the corn bread was tiny compared to what we used to get. And the drive up wasn't opened, I had to go inside.Horrible , will never order there again. They should have just stayed closed down.
Funny had T-Mobile $5. Off door said thru only asked at drive thru said well not today can't hardly see no big sign outside but next to grease monkeys order rotisserie 2 chicken sandwich were large on bomber bun. Just wish had honey mustard only offered mayo with lettuce tomato and onion never said cheese but put they put cheddar cheese on it . Was good $9.99 - $5 coupon came to $5.49 worth it.
Covid is over.....still can't sit down to enjoy a meal?? Ridiculous....
(BEWARE!! OVER PRICE) I can't BELIEVE how they went up on their prices, This PLACE is a JOKE. The portions are incredibly small. Almost $9 for some corn. You get more corn in a can for a dollar. Their sides selections are limited. The staff member wear their masks under their noses. No wonder all their locations are shutting down. this is considered fast food restaurant it will cost you over $50 to feed a family of 3. JUST look at what they charge for a KIDS MEAL. $8.00 and no TOY.
