Don't forget it's fast food so I only give it a 50% you can't do it every day you'll clog your arteries up
This Wendy's has been closed for inside dining since the pandemic started, however, their service at drive through has been swift, and the food quality is well... Fast food quality!The overall restaurant prior to being closed inside was always neat, relatively quiet, and easy to pop in and out. It is close to century park, target, and the mall, so its a pretty easy stop for a quick meal if your in a rush.Food wise, 4for4, spicy chicken sandwich, and their breakfast baconnator are the only things I order here. Their newer breakfast lineup is suprizingly decent compared to other fast food chains. I also prefer their fries over mcdonalds personally.This is wendys, it is a nice and well maintained wendys, but it is still just a fast food joint. If thats what your looking for, nothing wrong with this location
I have been going to Wendys for years. Last night I ordered chicken nuggets like i usually do and when I bit in to the nugget it was filled with air and had a very thin piece of meat in the middle. All 10 of the chicken nuggets were like this I discovered. Basically all air and breading no meat. I’m not sure if I got a bad batch or if this is the new normal. I’ll try them one more time but if it’s like that again then I’ll be discontinuing my business with Wendys as this is unacceptable, disgraceful, and offensive business practice.
Food is good here but getting a good attitude out of most of the employees here is like pulling teeth. The line employees are good, it's order takers and expeditors that you can't even ask for condiments without getting the stink eye.
I just can't fathom how a burger place can serve a burger with cheese and the patty is not warm enough to melt the cheese. Ordered the #1 single burger. Luke warm if that. This has happened multiple times. Im over it. Doubt I will ever go back. Maybe of they gave up on getting the food out at light speed and worked on getting it out in a reasonable time but with quality coming first. I know other places have a higher wait time but I will wait for freshness. Fast food burger places like mcd's and wendy should give up on the in and out in 60 seconds and work on making thier food palatable. Luke warm is gross. Wake up people. You'll be long gone sooner than later
I wasn't terribly hungry. But, I gotta say, the new fries are mucho mejor than their prior fries. The hype is real yo.I had to add mejor to my phone's dictionary.
Been here a couple times and they haven't gotten our order right once. Customer service isn't that great either.
Squirrel ?️ need a snack. Can't go wrong with a chocolate frosty and fries ?. Why 4 star, we'll have been times staff is rude, hand line was so long I had to go.
Drive-up only at the moment due to worker shortages.Food quality is the same as elsewhere, but when we place a breakfast order which says comes with seasoned potatoes, we get fries. That’s *not* the case elsewhere.
Dinning room not open, drive-thru only service. Nothing special here just average.
