Awful. I was there with my daughter and two young grandsons.We ordered 3 individual meals.They gave us the three meals with3 napkins, 3 forks and 3 knives. My daughter said the children would share and they refused to give us an extra plate and fork or any spoon, unless we paid 35 cents for each item!!! My grandsons shared their macaroni and cheese when a hair was noticed in the MIDDLE! We went to show them. After complaining, they finally made a new one. The restaurant closed at 7:30. We were leaving, and at 728, I went to go to the bathroom. They told me it was already closed and I couldn’t use it!This is my first review ever, and would advise everyone to avoid this place!
Small establishment hidden in the plaza by Vernon Hills. Although the ambience isn't anything special, the place is clean and staff are attentive and kind. They boast a variety of macaroni and calzone options - I recommend getting the "Snacker Combo" so you can try one of each. Prices are quite appropriate especially for the amount and quality of food you are getting. The games set up to play when you are waiting for your food were an unexpectedly nice addition. Will be back soon!
The service was reasonably fast for the food I ordered plus how busy this business is and on top of that only 1 guy manning the place. Like 15-20 minutes wait, plus the Calzone I ordered was delicious, peppered to taste and ?? chef's kiss
Excellent place. I had the Snacker value meal. That is a mini Calzone and mini Macaroni with a drink. They also have a good gluten free (Gluten sensitive) menu.
Hands down one of my favorite places to go to whenever I want a quality meal. Friendly environment and a huge selection of amazing food.
Mac and cheese is my favorite food and this place does it right!!! So many options to make it your own & not to mention that they offer gluten free options as well! The snacker (calzone & mac and cheese combo) always makes a great lunch choice! 10/10 recommend!
This place was really good! Lots of choices to pick from for macaroni and calzones. They also have flatbreads, wraps and salads. Service was nice when taking our order.The bruschetta calzone and alfredo macaroni with a mini salad was so good, the snacker size.Clean bathrooms with a diaper changing table, totally appreciated.
This place is awesome! Super courteous staff and amazingly delicious calzones and mac and cheese!
Their calzones are the best...a little pricey when you start adding more ingredients but definitely worth it. The macaroni is fire as well....so many variations there's really no wrong choice. Thumbs up!!
First time ever at a location and was pleasantly surprised. Never knew quality Italian fare could turn into fast food.Sort of an early lunch but the venue was empty with the exception of a father & son waiting for their takeout. Dining room stayed empty throughout our meal which worried me because I like seeing businesses boom especially on the wknd.Food was delicious, went with a pepperoni-sausage & mushroom calzone, wife went with a wrap, daughter had the Lobster Mac and my 6-year-old boy had pasta with red sauce. Only thing I noticed different was no meatballs available.Venue was clean/sanitized, prices seemed reasonable and customer service was top notch. Highly recommended and will definitely come back here!??
