Been here a few times for lunch. I order the spicy chicken power bowl with mad sauce. Good healthy option with fresh vegetables and just enough spice.
Tasty food with a simple menu. Pricing is reasonable for the large portions and customizations are easy to make. Nice alternative to typical fast-food asian places like panda express.
First time going to this restaurant in Vernon Hills, food was OK but tables were dirty, windows of the establishment were unbelievably filthy! As we were ordering the young man taking our order was picking at his pants below his belt buckle!?? Please clean the place up and teach some basic ediqit !!!
I’ve been here two or three times, and each time i’m met with worse customer service. I cannot believe how much attitude I received because their curbside system does not work. On my phone my vehicle description is up to date, yet a teen with anger issues came out heckling us for using the curbside service without updating the vehicle- though the vehicle IS UP TO DATE ON THE APP. Then, without asking for my name went in and retrieved my order. I thought he didn’t have a vehicle description, so how did he know which order was mine? I did not need the attitude or the overpriced food. If you are contemplating coming here, don’t. There are better restaurants who show their customers appreciation. Had he kindly come out and explained that although it is updated on my end, he cannot see it on his, I would have no problem. But for me to be receiving attitude, without the benefit of the doubt, because of a tech problem on the businesses end is quite honestly ridiculous.
Ordered online and never received a confirmation. Went into the store to confirm my order and lady said it wasn’t received . So I re ordered. Came to pick it up and she laughed and said I had two orders. My online order went through and she made me pay for both orders. Asked for a refund and she said no. Understand mistakes happen. Will not be coming here due to the poor customer service and help.
Terribly sticky floor. Mediocre menu. The first one alone made me never want to come back. Shame that this kind of restaurant is taking a good location in the plaza. I’m still waiting for my order, but this is one of the few places that I want to leave a review the first time I can to complain.
Not a fan, too much like a knock-off Panda express. The rice was mushy - which should be the first thing they get right. I also did not prefer the teriyaki, nor any other sauce selection. The folks are extremely pleasant and nice, but just not for me. YMMV.
Food was quick and delicious. I had Orange Chicken. Egg rolls were also very good. Happy that masks were required. Just wish they had Coke instead of Pepsi.
Delicious little teriyaki chicken spot in Vernon Hills. They also have beef and vegetable dishes. Definitely coming back soon.
Disappointing. I ordered the Steak Bowl for lunch today & honestly, if I wanted panda express, I could’ve just gone there. That sounds harsh, but the steak was greasy & the rice tasted like the minute microwave stuff. Service was good though
