Great service but closed randomly or always out of popular menu items.
Went there at 7:30 they closed at 8.no one Was taking my order they closed it so I wasnt able to walk in,everyone Was on their phone.No one paying attention to drive thru either
The lobby was closed, but the drive-thru was perfectly executed by the young lady inside.
Best Starbies ever, the few occasions I've been they've remembered my name and over complicated drink. No other Starbucks I've been to in the county live up to the service here. Thank you starbies crew, your amazing!
The people at this store are very friendly. However, they seem to always be overwhelmed. They shut down mobile ordering. They randomly close this store without any notice. On more than one occasion I have placed a mobile order only to find out the store is closed, or they are operating drive-thru only. This is a very busy location and when they do drive-thru only, you will be in line for 30 minutes which doesn't work as I'm trying to get coffee during a 30 minute break from work. This location has inconvenienced me and caused me to be late way too many times. Defeats the purpose of having the mobile order system altogether.
This location is so close to my house but every time I am there the customer service is awful. I just left. I ordered on the app so my drinks would be ready when I get there since I am on a tight schedule. I had to wait an extra 15 min for my drinks and they were extremely rude when I asked about my 2nd drink. I would avoid this location! The Libertyville location is better or any of the other locations in Vernon Hills.
Fantastic drive through at this Starbucks. With the rise of covid a well functioning drive through is essential to good business model. I'm happy to report that this drive through worked very well and was quite efficient and smooth. Our drinks were made in short order and the line moved very quickly for a rainy Sunday afternoon. Would definitely order from this Starbucks again.
Caramel Brûlée Latte, Grande size…. Seriously, only 2/3 of the cup is full… should go for class action law suit on them
I really wish I could have given zero stars for my experience! The lady in the Drive-Thru was way too busy chit chatting with her co-workers to actually do her job. I waited way too long for my drink! And when I confronted her about how long my drink had been sitting on the counter before she decided to even take a form of payment from me she acted like I was in the wrong for telling her she needed to pay more attention to her job! The bad thing is her other co-worker so she was chatting with could see me in the Drive-Thru and they didn't even prompt her to do her job!
Stopped by for the free coffee on veterans day and April was super friendly, amazing service.
