Hamburger Fast Food Burgers

My favorite fast-casual restaurant in the area. The burgers are always great, and make sure to try the cheese fries. My favorite to order was the smoke shack burger. And doesn’t disappoint me when it comes to the taste. It was so delicious and freshly prepared. Also I tried the cookies & cream it was so refreshing. It was good quality of food they have. It’s a little on the pricey side compared to other burger spots but it’s worth it. Staff was so nice, attentive and very friendly. The ambiance was good, clean store. And for the menu they have a unique selection of burger and a wide selection of drinks. I definitely eat again here.

I had lunch at this location of Shake Shack. I do not usually go here and it was my first time visiting the restaurant, probably after months or years. It has a good location, which is very accessible. I decided to have my lunch at this restaurant because I really wanted something quick. The good thing about it is that the restaurant was not busy when I went in. So, it was really easy for me to order. My order was simple. It was only their cheeseburger, cheese fries, and a milkshake. They have a really nice and wide menu with a lot of options, but I just felt like eating only a cheeseburger and fries. The staff are really nice and friendly. They are not the warmest staff I usually encounter, but it was better than a rude one. The food was somehow quick too. I do not have any problems with my food because everything is fresh and hot. The cheeseburger tastes great. It is flavorful, somehow greasy but juicy at the same time. I also like the fries. It was golden and really tasty with the cheese on it. The milkshake was also very flavorful and refreshing for me. It was really a good lunch for me. I did enjoy the food. I also enjoy the peaceful, wonderful, and clean ambiance of the restaurant. The food was satisfying, and the prices were also very reasonable.

I had the double Shake burger with cheese. I must say that is a delicious burger cooked well. The fries are great. I have not tried everything on the menu but I will. I will edit and report back. If you are near a Shake Shack don't hesitate to to go in and try something.

I'd give this a 3.5 if the option were there. The meat in the burger was excellent, 6 out of 5. Everything else? Not so much, solid 3 out of 5 for the rest. The bun wasn't that great, looked like they tried to grill it and forgot to turn on the griddle. The fries were soggy, our shake was more milk than shake and didn't taste that great. As expensive as this was we expected better.

5-7-2022We were headed to Portillo's when I said to my wife, hey let's try The Shake Shack. When we got there at 6pm, only one person out of at least 10 were wearing a mask. Placed our order and went to find a table. The whole eating area was a disaster. Dirty tables, floors, everything. I started to regret going there before I even got my food. After 15 minutes I went back up to the counter to see some workers standing around. Others were busy filling the online orders and taking care of the drive-up window. It became obvious that the takeout customers get served first. After standing there for 5 more minutes, my order was ready. Food was actually very tasty.....but $32.00 for a 2 1/4 lb. burgers, one fry, and 2 shakes. No deal there.Sadly we will never go back. And reading thru others comments, this is how the owners run their business everyday. My experience seems to be the norm unfortunately.

Delicious, as always. My favorite thing is the Chicken Shack, it really competes for best chicken sandwich, better than KFC for sure and arguably better than Chick Fil A. Their shakes are great and their designer drinks are great too. I had the limited time Bourbon Bacon Burger, so good, but I added bacon because everything is better with bacon, it has bacon jam on it already.

Dude, five guys who??? Man we need at least one of these in south carolina. Burgers, ooh, fries yum, chocolate shake for get about it. The service was quick friendly and awesome even though they were busy. Food hot and perfect. Who knew about hamburger buns that were still connected??? Not me but how awesome is it that your burger stays tf together while you eat? Trust its freaking awesome.

The food is pretty average. The burgers are a bit small but taste pretty good. The employees are extremely nice and helpful. The wait was about 20/25 min but they seemed to be pretty slammed and churning out orders as fast as they could. No complaints there. There are some unique flavors... especially with the drinks. What I didn't like is that it is RIDICULOUSLY expensive. We paid $100 for a family of 4 with standard burgers, fries and shakes. Just very hard to justify that for an average burger/chicken place. Nice to try but won't be going back at those prices.

Disappointed again, I feel like each time I visit I am reminded why I do not frequent Shake Shack. My fiancé and I wanted to dine in, but when we drove up the place was packed and you could see the line from the parking lot. No problem though, we placed an online order and went across the street to Target to grab a few things while we wait. The order pick up time told us the order would be ready at 8:00pm, however we didn’t not arrive to the pickup window until 8:05pm, to our disappointment our food was not ready despite us being 5 minutes late ourselves and the gentle man told us to “uh.. loop around bro” - at the point 4 cars are now waiting behind me, so I loop around, and begin to sit behind the other cars for an additional 5 minutes before finally going inside to grab my food, sitting on the shelf.Small portions. Average taste, especially cold. High cost. Go to Culver’s.

The food itself is probably decent. The service itself, that's another story. This location does have the same problem as other places where to go orders are on a non-heated rack. When you go get your self-service pick up order- it's already cold before it even leaves the store. And so a 2 star deduction for that. Food warmers are essential for to go orders- Fast Food 101 really... I certainly can't justify the cost of better ingredients- that come to us cold on pick up orders. Also a minor issue: They close at 9pm, I was not aware of this as a first timer. And that's pretty early to be closing on a Friday night. No wonder other places are busier after 9pm.So I go to pick up my order just after 9pm, and the front door is locked, and customers are still in the place eating. So not sure how that isn't a fire hazard in itself, unless the door opens from the inside when locked from the outside. After waiting a few minutes while banging pretty hard on the door, someone finally came over and helped me get my order. At least I was able to get it, though I wasn't happy it was that difficult to get it.I'll probably sample again sometime when there's a good offer. Again, the food is probably good- if money is no object. But I can't see paying for a to go order here, when it's cold before you even pick it up.
