food was delicious! every time i order from Rosatis I never have a complain. until today... when i called to place my order with Tyler, he was very expressive on the amount that i was tipping to the delivery man and kept making smart remarks the whole time i was on the phone with him placing my order. When the food was delivered, i asked delivery man for the name of who took my order. He asked if i had a complaint, I said yes and explained... he walked away and didnt say a thing.. That was Tyler!!!
Do NOT order from this Rosatis, worst customer experience EVER!!!!!!! The manager, Tyler, who clearly doesn’t care about customer experience hung up the phone after asking about a coupon code! I would NEVER order from this Rosatis and much you’re better off going to your neighboring Rosatis bc the lack of customer service….
This is a 2.99 fry. I was extremely unhappy when I got home to see this. I will never order from here ever again.
I fell behind the building while walking with a cake I bought for Thanksgiving and because I’m disabled with knee and hip replacements, I was unable to stand up after I rolled down a hill and ended up in bushes. Thankfully, an employee from Rosatis walked out their back door and found both me and my friend John trying to get up the hill, and fortunately, because of the employee we suffered zero injuries which was lucky for two people in their seventies. The man automatically came to our aid without hesitation and I applaud his kindness and I want to inform him that since I’m well and walking, I have another reason for thanksgiving on this special day.????? my cake wasn’t damaged in the fall. When I did enjoy the pizza it was good because I always asked for extra garlic and extra cheese. The fried mushrooms are “to die for!” Thanks! Jackie and John
Bad experience all around. Paid for the pizza and price was suddenly $4 more than the menu showed. Was told “prices change all the time without them telling us”….really? Figured I would still be able to enjoy some good deep dish….instead got home to find a loaf of bread with a thin layer of cheese and sauce…$25 for bread…what a waste.

Great pizza and wings! Probably the best pizza I’ve had in a while. Sarina was great super friendly and helpful. Took my order and even cooked the food! Rockstar, thanks girl! I’ll be back
Called at 9:20. Would ring a couple times then they would hang up on me. Finally they answered and said rudely told me they are closed. They don’t close till 10 so I guess they wanted to leave work early.
Loved this place. Food as great and the staff was very, very friendly.
The staff is friendly. The food arrived on time. My husband liked his pasta. I liked my meatball sandwich. The fries were cold and not good. The cheesy garlic bread was more like cheese on bread. The piece of garlic bread that came with pasta tasted like oil on bread no garlic at all. I was also missing side of ranch.. oh well.
