Ordering through the app makes you think it is being delivered by Potbellies. They outsource to Doordash. Then when your order doesn’t arrive, they abdicate responsibility themselves, place it on Doordash and couldn’t care less.Lots of other sandwich places. I will be visiting those from now on.
I think the employees probably just need some training on how to prepare the menu items correctly and carefully. Ordered a Wreck with extra turkey, but no mayo or onions. Received a Wreck with no roast beef or Dijon either.
If I could give no stars I would. This was my first time and last time ever coming here to eat. If you like flavorless food this is the place for you. I had the grill chicken sub and it was dryer then Popeyes biscuits, the wheat bread was to chewy and I’m not talking about Chewbacca and there was not that much chicken in the sandwich, no lettuce and one tomato. The sandwich was thinner than Jennifer Aniston lips. I will never go here again. This place should be closed down and never be tempted to open again.
First bad experience was when I brought my wife here and the teens running the store sat in the back room blowing smoke/vape clouds instead of changing the soda out (3/4 sodas were just spraying out water and had not been changed) or taking our order. We didn't leave a bad review because maybe it was a one off.A few days later I come back in and 1 coworker is sitting at a table eating and the other is in the backroom. I waited close to 10minutes without being served and walked out to buy food elsewhere. I guess they would rather watch you stand in line than to ask their coworkers to stop doing smoke tricks in the back and take my order.1 star is kind (and I can't rate lower on google reviews)
Very good sandwiches, amazing customer service, and overall some of the best food out there. Its the perfect place to take family and friends if you want a quick bite. Plus, their not to expensive either.

Service was great! The food at this location was meh (I had the Mediterranean chicken).Also, The place could use a really good cleaning. All the tabletops were in need a of a good wipe down and it was clear the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.Typically I’m a big fan of potbelly - this location on this specific visit was disappointing.

This is the 2nd time I have dealt with this. I love Potbelly and I wanted to eat it during my dinner break because it’s delicious but also a good distance from the place I work. I downloaded the Potbelly app so that it would be an easy in and out with no wait. However, the first time I did this I entered the store at the time I was told my order would be ready by. But the sandwich wasn’t ready yet. I waited 10 mins before asking if it was ready and that was when they started to make it. Most of my break had went by and I wasn’t too thrilled but whatever. Then today I decided to do the same thing as last time. Except this time it was worse. Same thing: I waited about 10 mins before asking and the employee said “okay one second” to which I waited another 10 mins. By the time I got my sandwich I had FIVE MINUTES left of my break and my sandwich was poorly made. Maybe it’s an issues with the online ordering system, but regardless it was not good.
I love potbelly. So yummy
