We ate inside. Not too long of a wait. Food was as expected. Many people were inside as well. A busy place, because the food is tasty. A very decent place for food that is fast but not hamburgers, hot dogs and pizza.
Panera Corporate just took a step backward. They just changed their software at their self service kiosk. Now they are asking me to give my name and also asking for a tip even though all I’m buying is self service coffee. After going through several unnecessary screens on the kiosk the last instruction is to get my own coffee. Does anyone at Corporate at Panera know what they are doing? Or do they want to alienate self serve customers on purpose?

The Food is good, the service is okay, not friendly or inviting, but meets the standards of getting the order right in a timely manner. The real issue is the filthy condition of the restaurant. The staff has a Zero Star Review for presentation of a clean, safe environment to bring your family and friends. The floors are sticky, to the point of you hear your shoes as you walk, there are coffee stains under the coffee counter, that have been there for weeks! The carpets are poorly vacuumed, food crumbs and debris are strewn about and the counters are covered in spilled soda and coffee. It really comes down to good sanitation practices and in this time of Covid… we should get better than the standards of a Greasy Spoon Restaurant.
