the location at 252 E.Townline Rd Vernon Hills, IL 60061 everytime I go to that particular location the employees customer service is terrible and the food is hardly ever fresh and they never have eggs roles. Which is why I went further from my home to try another panda express location which I shouldn't have to do.
Customer service is absolutely horrible with zero emotion.Just went through the drive-through asked for the teriyaki chicken bowl and they were out of it. No problem asked for the honey walnut shrimp. Response was oh that’s gonna take a while. Whatever happened to hi welcome to Panda Express. These teenagers working these windows are the rudest people I’ve ever met whatever happened to manners and customer service. Managers take note and retrain these people put a firecracker up their butts. So we just drove away.
The customer service was lacking, the employee kept on interrupting me while I tried to explain my order. She didn’t offer any utensils, or sauce. Additionally, the rice was very dry. However, the honey walnut shrimp was very tasty! I guess that you can’t expect good customer service or good quality unless the food is at a legitimate Chinese restaurant.
The female mexican manager wearing all black is really arrogant and need some anti-bias training to do. I went in there, no one even greet their guests.
Great chain restaurant. Very good like Chipotle. Feels like a step up from typical fast food like McDonald's. Definitely recommend if you like Americanized Chinese food.
Worst location I've ever been to. I've given them multiple tries and it's trash everytime. Their sweet & sour cups are basically empty. Their broccoli & beef is always hard & undercooked, & they barely even give you any beef with the broccoli. Do not go here.
They’re always super fast at this location, and I’ve never had an issue with the food. Just remember to ask for any sauces like soy sauce or chili sauce you want because otherwise you’re out of luck lol
Orange chicken was grizzle and scrap, rice was lumpy and tasteless. When I asked for a refund after only a few bites all they offered was lomein to replace the 2 entree meal
Nice inside, fast & well prepared. Orange chicken & fried rice bowl tasted as it always does--good.
