I was just there today June 22, 2022 I bought a cheeseburger a coke and a $1.00 coupon for fries. She charged me $5.03. Does this add up to $5.03. This woman at register is making up prices she does not know how to count. Athina
I went in to use restroom and order food. They had no employees in site and a sign that said if you don't see an employee to use the kiosk. I worked at McDonald's when I was 17. I have zero desires to enter my own order first off. I understand that's the new way these days but I still prefer an nice friendly face. Second. I had cash. No credit cards so kiosks don't work for that. l left. No service, no order.
Surprisingly, this McDonald's is super fast, clean, and friendly! Most McDonald's I go to always have a problem...but here, that's not the case. This one is located in a little shopping center in Vernon Hills across from Hawthorne Mall. During breakfast and lunch the lines literally wrap around the building. You would think the line would be 20+ minutes long. But I bit the bullet and got in a very long line one time, and I was surprised to see I was out the drive-through within 8 minutes...so that was good.
HEY MCDONALDS WHY SO CHEAP....GET A CLUE..went to McDonald's in Vernon Hills for lunch today...spent $13.85.... for lunch today.ordered ice tea,First: they charge more for tea than the other McDonald's ...okay I can deal with that...a quarter ain't going to bankrupt me...I asked for light ice and they filled the cup with ice... got a couple of ounces of tea....Second: went back up for a second cheeseburger and a refill, asked really really nice "no more ice please"... must of been speaking Russian or something she filled the cup with ice and then tea...a couple more ounces...Third... this is a first for me.... still thirsty went back up to get a refill... she takes the cup starts to walk to the back, stops turn around and says no more refills. REALLY....after spending $13 a couple more ounces of tea will bankrupt the company!Now I'm not a ranting fanatical, I am a loyal customer that has gotten fed up with this particular McDonald's.... if you check my Loyalty Account I currently have over 38 thousand points, not to mention the ones I've spent over the program so I'm not first time customer.If McDonalds does secret consumer checks maybe they should check this place out...For me and my money we will go elsewhere from now on.
i went around 9:45 sunday night and we had the BEST experience we’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant !! the guy who was taking orders and giving out the food had the most amazing personality and wouldn’t stop making us laugh. he made or night hands down and not to mention the food was fresh and delicious. i wish i would’ve gotten his name but he DEFINITELY deserves a raise!!! i will start coming to this mcdonald’s more often!!!!
Just ordered from there. I say HOT COFFEE then they will give me COLD COFFEE. I ask for a #9 STEAK beagle they will give me BACON. I didn't want to give a bad review but after a numerous amounts reasons from different days of the week throughout the year, I cant see why not. Had to edit this. You come here early in the morning, expect old crusty refried hashbrowns. This place and the manager is a joke.
Lobby closed due to lack of staff which resulted in long drive thru time. Cold fries and given a regular coke instead of diet coke. Normally I would go inside to exchange it but to wait again in the drive thru lane that was out of the parking lot I just tossed the whole meal.
I had a double quarter pounder and the patties were super pink and uncooked I could not eat it. I was late for work so I didn't have time to go back and complain. I tried calling and there was no answer.
Ordered 2 hamburgers, 1 large fry, and 1 large frozen coke. They were happy to take my order and payment, but neglected to inform me that the frozen coke machine was broken until I pulled up to the second window. So much for customer service.
Pulled up to the drive thru for 6+ cars to pass the other lane until after 10minutes we gave up. I circled around and these ppl are taking the next order instantly. Worst experience considering I’ve been here for 10 years as 26 year old in vernon hills. Straight garbage man fr.
