We ordered at 8:50 we got our food but we didn't get our drinks we didn't get any napkins in the food and just a whole bag full of hot sauce packets
Waited for 10 minutes by the counter. Nobody came to greet. They saw me wait and did nothing. They were servicing drive thru lane. Asked if they were open, the lady pointed to the sign that said they were and literally yelled at me to give her a minute. I walked out at that point. Don't recommend going there. Popeye's is just down the street!
I was able to walk in and place an order but they told me I was not allowed to eat it in their restaurant. It was 6:50 p.m. on a Saturday. There were no signs saying that their dining room was closed and it isn't stated online.
TERRIBLE. We ordered a 5pc tender with a side of mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese and a side of ranch. They gave us two fries with the 3 pc tenders and no ranch. Also, no receipt. We went inside and showed them the 3 tenders after just pulling away from the drive thru to which she claimed she didn’t hear us say 5 piece. You asked us 3 or 5 in the drive thru and we repeated 5. We had to return one of the fries to get the mashed potatoes as well. They’re so innaccurate and customer service is TERRIBLE. The manager came out and said we were wrong, but we requested they pull up the receipt. When they pulled up the receipt, we were right. The manager hid in the back and would not apologize for their mistake. Additionally, the manager said if they are two stars then you shouldn’t eat there. So, don’t eat there!
Very disappointed in the food I received unedible chicken leg was burnt along with the wing and tenders where chicken pieces I paid over $20 u think I would be able to eat the food and not nibble at what chicken I could eat i have eaten there before and no problems I will not return to eat there again

1) when i requested barbeque sauce, she refused as barbeque is only for the chicken tenders, not for fries or anything else2) when i asked again, she made a point of telling me I'd get one and only one barbeque.3) after all that, the fries were cold anyway.Three strikes, one star.You're a service restaurant, act like it or go out of business, please.

Bad custome service asked for 10 PC for $30 advertising on the drive through. Very unpolite advise me that they don't have it anymore and they cannot give it. I was about to let it be. But the way they handled the conversation was really mean. So, I asked to honor advertising. Asked for the name on the person at the drive through didn't understand the name. I told about reporting the issue the lady at front told me we are not corporation go ahead do it. What a terrific way of handling customer. Now I understand the three stars rating
The dumbest thing happened to me at this place. I wanted a takeaway from here and I walked to this place. I go inside and the server says they don't do walk-ins only drive throughs. I was craving KFC unfortunately. And I ask him if I need to walk around to the drive through to get served and he replied yes. Then I walk all the way to the drive through, the vehicle in front of me finishes and drives away. I stand there at the kiosk waiting for them. Nothing happens. I try saying hello. A car pulls up behind me. Again nothing. I walk over to the car behind me and I tell her my situation. We have been already waiting here for 7 minutes for them to get my order. She offers to pull up near the kiosk to flag them, when she pulls up, they suddenly ask for the order. Wth? I say my order and walk to the window to get it.I will never come back to this place.
