A family favorite haven't been here since covid, was excited to go out and eat breakfast that I didn't have to cook for myself. Pancakes good as always clean, friendly environment. IHOP is franchise quality it's good food it's consistent it is homey, I loved my spinach and mushroom omelette.

The food is always great. Service is great also. They have a senior menu to order from and if you ask when paying, you can also get a senior discount.
The Ihop in vernon Hills is nice and clean, and has consistant service. While its not "gourmet eating" if you just want the typical pancakes, hashbrowns and scrambled eggs, or breakfast for dinner it will do the trick!I especially recommend their after 2pm options, as you can get some crazy deals in the afternoon/evenings. Its crazy that you can eat anywhere for 5-7$ anymore.Also, a few years ago they rolled out IHOP burgers, and to my surprise, the premium burger I ordered was really good. However, I haven't had it since as I prefer breakfast food.Quick and easy normal breakfast food. Nothing more, nothing less. Not a bad stop on the go, or if you just want a cheap meal.
Have not been to IHOP in many a year but this one was hopping. Manager helped serve and everything was quick and warm. Very excellent service
