This place is horrible. Alondra lady is mean and rude. Not to be judgy but she seems ghetto and needs more training and better her customer service skills. I went in there to get a coffee and she rolled her eyes at me. I wonder if the owner knows or sees these reviews.
Jan 4,2022Purchased at 9:36 a.m.I placed my order with girl under the Alondra during my lunch. I asked for oatmeal milk instead of regular and she went off pretty rude that she said she could do it for additional $2 I understand there is extra fee but nevertheless there is ways to talk to someone. Especially if there is no rush.
Kids just love them..it would be better if they can have some vegan donut options
12/08/21 today was my wife's birthday, come in at 5:00 a.m. to work I went to this place to buy her macchiato for a special day, I entered the place and there was a lady with glasses, and she was older because of passing quickly, I forgot my mask. I said hello! The lady tells me to come in with her mask next time and I said sorry, I forgot and she grabbed the plastic that is there for protection and she pulled everything close to her I ordered two machiatos two donuts according to what was going to make her return and she said that I had to wait or get something else because the machine had broken I told her that I did not want anything I returned what I paid this worker has a bad attitude. I felt very bad about how she treated me and why not I bought my wife his macchiato I will not buy here again at least in the morning that this ANGRY LADY

I don't even want them to get one star! They are extremely slow and show no motivation or helping the customer. They had a limited amount of munchkins, but somehow they expected me to count them... from behind the counter?!? I expect them to count for me. RIDICULOUS! I will NOT be going back.
Lady didn’t let me order and then called her boyfriend who threatened me
This is by far the worst service i have experienced at any Dunkin Donuts. The girls that work there clearly have no clue what they are doing. I have just moved in the area and the 3 times i ordered from there they got the order completely wrong, every time! I tried to explain to them that they got the order wrong the previous day and both of the girls working there became very rude and insisted that they did not make a mistake and then they repeated the same mistake again right after i explained the mistake to them. I ordered a decaf coffee and a grilled cheese sandwich and both days they gave me a regular coffee with a egg and bacon sandwich. They either don't care at all about getting the other right or they are simply not capable of taking orders from customers. Dunkin Donuts please hire people that know what they are doing and know how to be courteous and professional!

The doughnuts and muffin stand had bees and flies sitting on them. The attendants at the counter completely ignored what I was telling them.
