Funtime with my boyfriend . Food was good and it wasn’t too packed with people

Lots of Construction going on in the area, but you can't tell once you walk through the front door. Great environment for both kids and adults. The whole family had a good time. Dave & Busters also has good promos if you eat there as well. You are able to get "free playing chips" for each dollar you spend on food up to $50. Games are simple, fun, and include the popular characters that everyone knows. Fun!
This was not a great experience at all. While the staff was courteous, no one bothered to tell me how to order food or that there was a deal where you order food and get a discount on the game card. Seeing it was my first time I had high hopes.After paying for their very expensive game card my child and I sat down hoping yo be served. We waited over 10 minutes and no one came by our table even though other people were eating. So we got up and played games for another 10 minutes. Then sat back down to get food, now I was real hungry. Waited another 15 minutes and NO ONE came by our table. There was a manager who was standing about 6 feet away playing on his phone. Waiters were walking up to him to chit chat but he never came by to help us. We changed tables and that's when I saw a sticker on the table stating that you had to use their qr code to order on their site. The food was overly priced for a couple of appetizers and drinks was nearly 50.00. Also I had to tip the waiter ahead of time before I was even served. I found that to be highly frustrating. The waitress was nice and the food was good but I didn't see the price being justified. While it's OK I wouldn't go back. Spend your money elsewhere.
Came yesterday early evening with some friends and it was a fun experience. Game area was not overly crowded and the dining area was pretty empty too. Im not sure how they are during peak times but around 5pm on a Sunday was perfect for us to play and have attentive service. Our server recommended some food to us as we were having a hard time choosing and we are so glad we took her recommendations. We even went with Laurens drink recommendations and those were delicious too.
CLEANLINESS - The eating area wasn't clean and thoroughly wiped down, specifically the seat. In our booth there was food and debris between the cushion and the seat back. We attempted to wipe it up ourselves, but some of it was caked on and couldn't come off with our damp paper towel.DINING OPERATIONS - After we paid for entry we were told to sit in the dining area and a server would be with a shortly. 30 minutes later we still did not have our server which was because the person at the front desk told us incorrectly. In order to get a server to come to your table or to even see a menu you must scan a QR code sticker that is on the table. Unfortunately our table's QR code sticker had started to come off and it was rolled up a bit, so it was not obvious that we needed to scan it in order to get service. This is not your typical restaurant experience so that should have been communicated very clearly when we first arrived.PAYMENT (Dining) - If you select the option to pay using a credit card (from the QR code process) you are forced to leave a tip before you are even served. In many cases the amount of the tip is based on service, but the Dave & Buster's operations mgmt has not provided the customer with a more flexible option.SERVERS - Very courteous, friendly & provided great service!!! ??GAME TIME - Great family fun!!
We were here for the 2nd time today. The games are fun, but pricey. The food and service are abysmal! We waited over an hour for a burger, fries and kids Mac and cheese. The waitress never once came over to check on us, and when she dropped of the food, I tried to ask her for utensils and she said "I already know" and walked away. And she didn't bring any utensils! I can't believe they have such unprofessional staff here. I will not be returning.
A fun place indeed the food was great. However the only thing I had a problem was the VR really not worth $5. I would recommend saving your $5. Overall i would return friendliness of staff was good.

Service and food are good. I take my daughter here often for the arcade stuff... but my last visit at the bar - horrible conditions due to the cold. Can't something be done about this? I understand that it is situated by the entrance but still, this is above the entry way. Given the prices, this should be fixed, very uncomfortable. ??
