This is our first time to this location and honestly we came to grab some Fudge Bars as they are getting very difficult to find. We have a diabetic kid and this is his favorite treat.The lady behind the counter needs a customer service lesson to say the least. We asked a simple question why this location is charging much more than another location not far away and we were met with a ridiculous answer. The grace period for small businesses to improve on customer service is over. We're a small business owner as well and this would never be tolerated.
New to the area. Was accustomed to DQ serving food as well from where I come from in Mississippi. Frozen desserts were good though.
This place has always been good and open year round so yup good.
I have been coming to this location since I was a child. Sadly this location truly needs remodeling and the people who operate the establishment could do much much better in terms of how they treat their customers and how they engage with the people coming here. I feel so bad for them because they are hard working people who are probably tired and needing a break. This location has a lot of potential and with some training it will be stellar again. I’m sure that covid has been a horrible time for all small businesses. There is just no reason for them to not be friendly or greet customers or say please or thank you. I’ve been treated poorly a few times here and feel very bad when I get such service.
I went to this location to purchase an ice cream cake with a credit card. The owner took my card for payment and had the pin pad on his side of the counter and was asking me for the pin number to type in the pin pad. I informed him that it was a credit card and that he could put it through as credit and he refused to do that. I was uncomfortable providing with having to have him type in the pin number and ended up leaving. I've never experienced this anywhere else and thought this was extremely unprofessional
It's not the best dairy queen by far, almost non-existent toppings. Out of all the DQ's I've been to this one can't seem to get a moolata right. Stopped going to this location but decided to give it a shot the other day for kids sake. Yet again another disappointment, I'll just have to pretend this location doesn't exist.
Clean & friendly Dairy Queen! Good seating area with tables. A great place for a team or group to come and get a treat together. Also, a nice selection of cakes available in their display cases. Location is in a strip mall with lots of parking directly in front of the store.
Orea blizzard for the win! Place is clean and service has always been great. It's our go to place when in VH!
Staple in this area. Friendly staff and service. Can't go wrong with a blizzard!
