I’m so excited to see Cold Stone Creamery now carries a vegan option. It was delicious and I will definitely be back for another one soon!
Purchased a Tall Dark and Delicious cake through DoorDash. It came and after biting into it we realized it was badly freezer burnt The outer portion of the cake was crunchy and hard even when thawed. There were also ice crystals inside the cover. Now these covers don’t stay on very well so perhaps it opened in their freezer. Mistakes happen. I’ve had other great cakes from this location but this time was a misfire. What I’m upset about is the response to the issue! When I called and asked for the Manager she told me to come in the next day and get another cake. This is after being placed on hold for awhile. The next day I sent my husband to pick up the new cake and called to let them know he was on his way. After being placed on hold for awhile again the same girl came on the phone to tell me the owner wants me to bring in the freezer burnt cake or they would not replace it. They should have asked for that in the beginning and I would have kept the cake and brought it. What if I had just shown up as directed? Fortunately my husband was only halfway there.TERRIBLE SERVICE! We will not be going to this location again and we were regulars.In the photos you can see the freezer burnt part vs. the non burnt part and the ice crystals in the cover.
They have the worst service I stood in line and it was as if nobody was there. Not even a greeting or an I'll be right with you.
It was good ice cream. But the service felt rushed and the girl who made my ice cream left all my ingredients on the cold bar like umm ok charge me but dont add em ? Store was a bit messy and unkept

Worst service ever! Always check your pickup orders from here. Placed a pickup order for ice cream cupcakes, they handed a stapled brown bag. I opened it when I came back home only to find cookies instead of ice cream cupcakes. Made me drive back with the cookies.
Very good ice cream. 4 year old, loves it. And for having a long line of customers, service was very quick.
Fine.Should have been more commodious. Difficult for more than 3 people to get accommodated at a time specially if someone has ordered for a couple to cups.Staff rating 5 out of 5.
I'm a fan of Cold Stone, they're treats are always perfect and my kids only want birthday cakes from them!
Customer service was terrible. The lady seem like she had a problem and didn’t want to be there. Very RUDE
