The fresh individual rolls are amazing! But when I asked them to box 6 fresh one’s to take home to my kids and their friends, the employee and the manager informed me and insisted they would not do so unless I paid six times the individual price. Although they insisted they were made the same, the fresh ones looked bigger with more cinnamon with clear glaze vs pre-packed 6 pack of smaller rolls with very milky white glaze. They would not give me the 6-pack price unless I took the smaller cold pre-packaged rolls. They never could explain why, if they’re the same, I couldn’t get 6 fresh ones put in a box. Terrible disregard for customer and borderline unprofessional, maybe even fraudulent in my opinion. I don’t need or want their over-priced rolls that bad. I won’t go back

Love this Location. Friendly staff cinnabons are always fresh.
One star because the quality was ok. Other then that wouldn't recommend it my daughter and I ate there yesterday and got sick same night.Don't think cinnabon was fully cooked.Also not to mention the ladies there on shift in the evening weren't frisndly, seemed rushed to leave and close. Also refused to make a fresh cinnabon cookie because they were closing soon. Quote on quote pretty much didn't want to do it.About ten minutes later seen someone pass by with fresh cookie cinnamon. Like come on now what kind of service is that, if your still open acknowledge the customer it's not like we were getting it free, we are going to pay for it.Guess it's just me but they should always have some ready and fresh incase if customers want some.
Ordered 4 different things from GrubHub from this place. They sent a 5th item which I didn't request and none of the items I did order. When I contacted GrubHub, this company REFUSED the refund saying they shipped correctly. This will be the first and last time I ever order from here. Clearly horrible customer service or their place cannot tell the difference in cinnamon rolls and literally anything else on their menu,
