Shrink flatiron is apparent in portion sizes! Less than a spoon of rice, 3/4 spoon of beans, maybe three ounces of protein, very unorganized, service was marginal very discouraging based on previous visits!
So I order the exact same item anytime I go to chipotle and this is by far the worst visit ever, the smallest portions ever and I added a drink to try the new watermelon limeade(huge sign on the menu made me want to try it) and then I go to fill my drink and it’s out of stock. I can go to Taco Bell for 4 bucks and get a larger burrito and they will have my drink in stock. I will definitely never visit this location again in my life it’s so sad and disappointing like am leaving feeling like I wasted money…. Less then a scoop of rice less then a scoop of beans I could literally put two of these burritos I got today into one like I would normally get. Restaurant was empty this would be the time to clean the door and restock the drinks.Good luck Vernon hills chipotle you will need it if this is how it remains…no wonder why it’s dead during dinner
Small portion sizes for chicken. I ordered double chicken and did not get a fair amount. Will have to take my business elsewhere going forward
Arrived there right when they opened. There was an employee who said they could only do bowls as they were "short staffed" and it would take too long to do burritos. The person infront of me started doing a bowl and then right after another worker walked up. I asked if they had any tortillas and she went ahead and grabbed them to make a burrito/Side Tortilla.
Terrible service. I ordered 2 bowls online when I showed up to pickup the food they said my orders is not in the system so the ask for the confirmation num which is have on my email so I had to drive back home to get the confirmation num & the workers were so rude . So she ended up making me the food like I was begging for it . Never again
Massive bug in food, offered to remake it using same ingredients instead of a refund. Disgusting.
Mutltiple internet orders and phone orders were filled while I stood in the front of the line for 5 minutes. I left, being on my lunch break I don’t have time to wait for 10+ meals to be made after waiting in line to order already.
I've never eaten here, but from looks 10/10 smells like Mexican food, and that's fine by me
The steak salad was excellent. The vegetables were fresh and the entire meal was reasonably priced and delicious
This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I preordered a chicken quesadilla with white rice, pico, and corn, and when they gave me my order it was a steak quesadilla with three sides of sour cream. This was not even close to my order, and when I confronted the employees, they were beyond disrespectful. One of the employees said that “they couldn’t check my order because they were too busy.” I followed up by saying, “so when you’re busy, you don’t take the time to make sure your customers are getting what they ordered?” And he blatantly just said no. When I was explaining my order, the tone of the employees was rude and unprofessional, as they were also rolling their eyes when I told them I don't eat beef. I’m so disappointed with this location and every time I’ve been back since, they have never cared about the quality or service when providing me my order.
