I went here and everything was okay when it came to the food, except for the service. First, the food was all accurate. Everything was still hot when it was given to me, and of course, it was fresh as well. Like usual, the food tasted delicious, like everything I got was the best and I cannot say anything more, but it was delicious and definitely worth it. Everything was fine in terms of food, but the service I received was so bad that even the most patient person would be irritated. First of all, the staff are not polite nor friendly. There was no hi or hello, it was like I was immediately asked for my order. Then, I said my orders and all, but the staff told me to wait because the food was not yet ready and sort of. I waited, but I did not expect that I would wait for like an hour. I was really frustrated and, at the same time, famished. I think if I did not ask the staff for my food after I waited, I would not be able to have it. I asked the staff, and I was really thankful that after it, I was able to get my food and eat it. I do not understand why the service here is so poor and they definitely need to improve it. Their food is really the best, and their service should be the same too.
Our daughter has a corn allergy. This is the second time we ordered her a salad without corn and it came with corn. And once again she doesn’t get lunch from Chick fila and we are out the $ for salad.I am SO relieved that SHE noticed the corn! Food allergies are serious!
Went through the drive thru and they forgot two of my sandwiches. Returned the next day to let themknow and the Manager, Dave, was wonderful. Apologized for the error, got me the two sandwiches from the day before and comped the additional items I ordered. Fires will happen, it’s how you put them out that matters and Dave was fantastic! Can’t say enough about this location and everyone who works there. Always a great experience, even when an error is made.
Went through the drive thru they told me to park and would bring our my order to me. Sat there for over TEN MINUTES!!!THey forget about my order !!They switched shifts poor communication among them. They gave me some lame excuse it was the First Day of dinning room being opened since the pandemic.Still doesn't justify they're Poor Poor Service you know, i did Pay FOR Your Services.I Also Left a message on there message on there voicemail box /still to this day haven't heard back from them.
Tried their breakfast the other day and really enjoyed it. As always the employees were extremely friendly and everything went smoothly. Chik-fil-a is nothing if not consistent in that regard
What a great experience. The food here is always hot and fresh. The staff always goes out of their way on service and I definitely will be back. No complaints from me this day. Great work!
Horrible! Drive through person got the order wrong and a young blonde lady wanted to be argumentative about what I ordered. She made several mistakes trying to charge more and didn't take the time to understand what was needed. Finally a supervisor came over to help her get a clue. She was overly emotional and did a poor job. It's a chicken sandwich not curing cancer or solving world peace or hunger. I appreciate the supervisor stepping in. Additional training is needed!
Usually have no issues with this chick fila. I have been doing curbside since COVID. The problem I have is with the poor design of the parking lot and allowing a double drive thru line, which makes it nearly impossible to get out or find a curbside spot for a curbside order. Should not allow for a double drive thru with how small this parking lot is. I had to jump curbs to avoid hitting any of the cars in the farther drive thru line.
First time using a mobile order which consists of 9 entrees (sandwiches/chicken nuggets). Went to the counter to confirm if the order is being processed (as indicated by the mobile app). They first couldn't find the order and the manager was showing some attitude as well while checking on the order. After finally locating the order, the cashier asked me to wait at the area next to the cashier's area by the window. After waiting there for 10 minutes or so, I asked the manager where the order was. She pointed at 2 bags located at the different place (guess it's the pickup counter) and said your food is here and you should come here to pick up. She held her stone face throughout this short conversation as if I did something wrong. Then after all these hassle, I went back to the company and found that they missed a sandwich! I don't have time to deal with this anymore.
Chick-fil-A is just not the same as it is in the south. Every time I travel to Atlanta I eat chick fil a and it’s so much better than it is at home. I just don’t know why.
