Wherever you go, Charley's always delivers that same consistent yummy taste as well as solid customer service.I suppose some folks especially if they grew up in PA may not agree with the taste as far as authenticity but for a chain, they seem to do pretty well.My father who was born & raised in Eastern PA actually says Charley's has a decent sandwich. There are literally at least a couple of thousand places in PA alone to get a cheesesteak and doesn't necessarily have to be in Philly for a good one.He grew up favoring cheesesteaks with just the red sauce & onions but out here it seems difficult to find a venue that will make it that way and also many places tend to use soft bread when it should be a bit on the hard side such as a hoagie roll.Around here, this is one of maybe 3 different venues I'd go to when in the mood for a cheesesteak. Lately this location has been boomin' with the closure of some fast food venues in the foodcourt in preparation of the Hawthorn 2.0 project.Either way, Charley's prices are still reasonable enough despite the inflated prices everywhere and always happy to support both franchise and local-owned businesses.
Employees are upbeat, energetic and fast. The fast tastes delicious and doesn’t take too long either. Great customer service too!

Charley's make surprising good Cheesesteaks. They can customize them with various toppings, but I prefer the traditional; steak, cheese, green pepper and grilled onion. They come on 3 sizes too. There's a chicken version also, so the next time you go shopping, bring an appetite.It's on the second floor across from JC Penny's.
I asked for a fresh clean sandwich container that opens and closes, and the manager yelled at me, pointed his arm and finger towards the tables and told me to go away, he already gave me 2, he can't keep giving them away. He did not give me 2. He gave me the wrong container the first time.. Whether or not I return to this location has not been determined yet.
Charged me for a combo. Wouldn't give me the coke. Tried to charge me again for a coke. I gave up trying to fight for the soda. Person at register was like a deer in the headlights. Food also went downhill since the last time I ate here. Used to love this place.

Amazing food and amazing staff. The staff here are very friendly and talkative while you wait for your food which makes time fly. They double check with you on the kind of toppings you’d like which is nice in case you change your mind. The food is spectacular and very delicious. Definitely one of my favorite mall bites.
Charley's is outstanding. The staff, led by Mr. Handi, is efficient and engaging. The food is excellent with very little wait time. Truly a place worth a visit.
