Ordered two asian salads to go. They were suppose to be large but anything but large. The portion were small---a terrible value for $12 bucks each. The asian steak was gray in color, unappetizing, tasteless--looked like it could have come from a pet food container. This is low quality , expensive fast food. If you cant get a salad right--there's a problem. Never again will I waste my time/money on this place.
Very clean and great service. Cafe zupas has a wide variety of healthier fast food options that taste great. Their menu has calories displayed for anyone counting calories and their try 2 combo is pretty good deal in my opinion.

A great spot for lunch. My wife and I love coming here for the soup and sandwich combo. The brisket grilled cheese is my favorite but all the soups have been amazing and worth trying. The only reason this place doesn't get 5 stars is because it has been a little hit-or-miss with the soup. Some days everything is great and made perfectly and other days the soup is super runny and tastes a little off.
Great salads! Love this place for a quick meal. They are always super friendly when you walk in. Easy online ordering and a quick pick up.
Great location. Due to staff shortages not just with this chain but *everywhere,* curbside delivery isn’t available. Customers are still able to order in advance and pick up from a counter within the eatery, however.This place is clean. The service at this location is excellent and the chain’s offerings are good for what they are. By that last comment I mean that Zupas is on par with Panera which is on par with Aramark Food Services at a hospital, with nothing bad at all and everything very mild and easygoing for the teeth and palate.Because of the menu offerings I wonder if, if people ate out more, this would be a decent place to offer a cafeteria-like English teatime. Ooh, how well that would work on a grey day!

I was not feeling well and I needed some soup and I went there every day got two kinds of soup everyday and the best part they give you a strawberry cover that was cool
Always has good soups. I recommend the lobster bisque or the mushroom bisque they are amazing. Quick also they had many workers and took my large walk in order really quickly! Keep it up staff good work.
I eat lunch at this location about once/month & I love the freshness & taste of the food. Today I came in & ordered a sandwich & soup. The soup was served resembling a lump of tomato paste. I took it back & it was replaced with a different soup. However I was expected to return the “bad” soup to the bus table across the restaurant even though the 3 employees serving food had no customers! Very poor customer service!! Never should have served that soup & definitely shouldn’t have asked me to deal with the bad soup. Hope this isn’t a new trend for this location.
