I ordered a Chicken sandwich for myself and of course when I checked the food before leaving I see my sandwich wasn't in the box. The sandwich and ALL the toppings were laying on the bottom of the bag. I showed the man at the register and he looked at me like, what do you want me to do? I asked if I could get a replacement and he said that it would take 40-45min to get another one. Not sure why since it tasted like it was cooked in a microwave anyway. At that point I was so frustrated I said nevermind. Spent almost $60 and ended up making a cold cut turkey sandwich for dinner. Wont be going back here anytime soon.
Waited over 40 min and never received our food. Asked for a 2nd round of drinks after telling us the kitchen was backed up and still waited 15 minutesfor that round. Even though everyone around us who arrived after were already eating. Asked for the check and to cancel our food. The server amyna seemed more than happy to do so . No apology. .no manager ever came over. No one seemed to care. Horrible service.
the way everything was in the restaurant the seats were not tucked in their table the seat were dirty had crumbs on them..the table was really sticky some of the menu had a lot of sauce on them.. but worst of all was when they serve me my drink on top of the Ring it had this sticky gooey residue on the glass which I call the waitress and showed him an I even wiped it with the napkin and it was gooey..made me gag and immediately took my hunger away!!! Again the waitress was very nice this has nothing to do with service just the environment and the way things were..another thing that completely killed my whole sports bar atmosphere..that this is considered a sports atmosphere environment but all I had in front of my TV was American Idol?????? when there were like 3 NBA teams playing that day including the Chicago Bulls but here I am watching American Idol in a sports bar???? it's a shame that I had to pull out my phone to watch the game when I am in a sports bar!!! While having multiple huge TV in front of me smh ??
This place was a free for all! No managers on staff, employees did whatever they wanted, stood around talking to one another, not serving anyone. Waste of time. We were told it was going to be a 30 minute wait when we walked in but there were many tables available. Once we sat, servers continued to walk past our table, acknowledge we were there but never asked for our order. This went on for 20 minutes until our server finally came by. I put a new drink order in and it took 20 minutes for me to get one drink. Food was not worth it! Place also smelled like a public restroom too. Don’t waste your money here.
Placed an online order. Pick up time said 1230pm. Food didnt come out till 1pm. The hotess kept giving me 7 and 8 min wait times when i would ask. No apology and no reason that it took that long. Never ordering here again. Especially not for lunch. Horrible service

Rude/bad manager. Made a big deal about us wanting our wings well done. As I see in the other reviews, this place undercooks their wings. I don't want my children eating undercooked chicken. He said if we get the buy-one-get-one special they would not cook our wings well done. Mind you the restaurant had maybe only 5 tables with customers. Also this is the way we always order our wings and they always charge us extra for the well done wings(I'm fine with the extra charge). The waitress was polite tho.
Food was great. SERVICE needs some help. Staff young not know what they are doing. 1 server was sleeping in a booth.
No staff whatsoever on a Sunday Football evening. The entire dining area was blocked off and empty which caused all families that were trying to dine in to wait upwards to 50 minutes for a table, including me.I observed many groups come in, wait 15-20 minutes and leave without service. I watched a man come in at the same time as me with a previously placed takeout order and is still waiting for his food. He has complained multiple times and no one has helped.This entire experience has been a headache
I don't know what happened to this place, but avoid it. It used to be good food and family friendly. Now it's a disaster -- cold food that takes forever to get to you. My husband got a gift card for a gift, so we thought we'd give it another try. An hour and a half later, we still have no food. The excuse was the "kitchen is backed up." Finally got the order nearly two hours later. Husband had to remind them to give us milk for the kids meals. Got home with the food, and we have none of the included side items -- no fries, no oranges. Called and asked for a manager, who was polite and will be refunding us. But the "computers went down and we lost some orders" excuse just doesn't hold up. We will not be back to this location again.
