Got there a 12:25pm. Ordered, and in Less then 5 minutes I was Back to Work. And the Order was CORRECT.

If I have to tell you what a meal comes with then you shouldn’t be taking orders! I hope my good taste good cause I’m having to wait for it when they had no other customers when I pulled up. Maybe a hello would be nice to when I pull up to pay.
This is just not a very reliable location. They almost never have iced coffee, they always forget to unlock the door in the morning, and th staff is apathetic and rude. The food, when it's actually available, is competently made.
Guessing Illinoisan can't read.When we entered a group of 8/10 ppl were standing in the Pickup line who hadn't even ordered.The poor front counter person was overworked & her help was standing around AND in her way!Ergo it was very slow.She needs a raise and a new crew
Pulled up and ordered, employee told me I can only order through the app! Ordered through the app and took half hour! No joke! This place is ridiculous:/ horror service. Felt like I was online at BMV!
Terrible terrible Wendy's. The cashier has asked to keep my change. Their system has been down. They close early. They are a HOT MESS.
Always a long wait, always have to go back in because something in the order was incorrect. Had to speak with a manager about a messed up mobile order and she got an attitude and used profanity. Definitely not needed nor warranted. Ill go to a different Wendy's from now on.
My boyfriend brought me here for lunch and we waited 25 mins inside for food and after they messed his order up and he went up to counter to let them know, the guy sweeping and the girl behind the counter was laughing like it was funny. This place is a joke go elsewhere for food!
I went for a fish sandwich. Wendy's fish is really good. AND to try the new Hot fries. Well the fish was either reheated or over fried.The breading was dark and over crispy and the fish itself was dry and hard. And my fries were warm and soft. Big disappointment!
