It’s not common for me to write reviews on restaurants but this needed to be shared. I was beyond disappointed with the service that my family and I received. We were here on Sunday July 17, 2022. We sat down right away which was great but after we ordered our drinks, the server spilled a soda right behind me and wet some parts of my shorts and my entire shoes inside and out. I get it, accidents happened but what got me upset was that the spill was never picked up. The server left and brought us the rest of our drinks about 15 minutes after. I then asked politely if someone can pick up the mess before someone slips. She told me that the “Bus Boy” was busy at the moment but he will get to it when he can. Another 30 minutes passed by and the mess was never cleaned up. I let another server know about the incident and she then immediately went to grab a mop to clean it. Our server then told her coworker to “stop cleaning that it wasn’t their job to do so” with an attitude. Several customers were shocked by her actions and felt discomfort. Another customer sitting behind us then stood up and told another worker about the mess that was made. She then came an “cleaned” the area but just smeared everything. I then got fed up, got up, grabbed a long sheet of paper from an empty table and placed it over the mess. We were there for about 1 hour and 30 minutes and the mess was never cleaned. Don’t get me wrong, the food was good but the service was terrible. Our bill was $314. We were charged 15% for this “Gratuity” that was not deserved. Last but not least, our server’s name was Jackie.
The best thing about my food was not even the seafood!! Corn and potatoes were more delicious than the shrimp or crabs. Cheap liquor taste from the margarita gave me headache. Seafood were not fresh, like they were sitting in refrigerator for days. Not coming back.
I enjoy the food and our waitress was too cute. They offer military discounts for any veterans or active duty personnel, but can't be used with special offers. Overall the food and special blend of seasonings was good. I would recommend this eatery if you are in the area.
I initially gave a 3 star rating. This was during the pandemic. I am now upgrading to 4 stars as my most recent visit was good. And the food was hot. A much more pleasant experience. And the wait staff were very patient.
My family and I stopped in here after an event, and I have to say, the service and food were both outstanding. The manager stopped by as soon as we were seated to greet us a d go over a few highlights of the menu and engage our young son (4.5 yo) individually.I cannot recommend the conch fritters enough. They were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. So much flavor, too! The alligator bites were very good, as well. My sister loved her fried shrimp basket. My wife was a huge fan of the turkey burger. I had the gumbo, which is very filling (would've like it spicier but still very good). I got the crawfish po' boy, and that was also excellent; very good, soft bread. Also, oddly enough, the fried rice we order was a massive hit at the table, too!All in all, our service was impeccable. The staff was very personable and the manager was very friendly and made us feel like a special table.
The saucy crab was great. Our serve Andy (like in toy story) was very great. The appetizers were great. The wings were a little small but the overall flavor was fantastic. The Oyster Basket was great also. The seafood boil that we ordered was very very great. We got the Woo See seasoning in the seafood platter that was ordered. Lobster tail, crawfish (very decent size), and the clams were amazing. I would recommend that if you have not had a seafood boil experience for you to try out the saucy crab.
Went in and was greeted immediately as I was walking into the facility. Order some fried sweet pickles which didn’t take long. After I have gotten my order I left and sat in my car on the phone luckily, I didn’t pull off because the cashier came outside and gave me my ranch before I left and I appreciate that,Thank you
The seafood boil was superb, the crab meat was sweet, the corn was sweet. I had fried oysters and okra and they both were delicious. I will be recommending this place to others, and I will definitely be back myself. Also our server Michael really took good care of us. The service was really good.
I ordered takeout. 1/2 pound of crab legs, 1/2 pound of shrimp, garlic seasoning and medium hot. I threw away a pound of salt, red sauce, skimpy crab legs and shrimp. It was so salty and lacked flavor. I like for my food to be seasoned but I couldn’t stomach the pound of salt. Didn’t taste the garlic. Would never return. After this experience, I don’t think I like seafood anymore. The potato was good.
Soooooooooooo damn good! Just come here ! And the service was awesome!
