Order 2 hot dogs with mustard, one had no mustard and the other had hardly any. Will stick with Portillo's!! Can't complete a simple order!!!
Good food, except the cheese leaked out of the fry boat and got all over the other food. The fries were dry because of the cheese spill.
It was great when it first opened. The garlic fries were always hot and had plenty of seasoning. Now they're not as crunchy and they skimp on the seasoning. The hot dog is not hot and the cold, wet ingredients make it worse. With that said, I keep trying because it can be very good.
So so hot dog. A completely clueless staff when it come to customer service. I was behind a 3 bag drive thru order. I wanted 1 dog, no fries. They had me wait 10 minutes for the big order. Then they forgot drinks and I had to wait for that, instead of saying to the person "come inside" Not returning. 15 minutes for 1 hot dog. Portillos is faster.
I was just there and the food is great but I don't know what happened to the service. First they really need to get a speaker and not just take customers one by one at the window. I know it's been like this from the beginning but it wastes so much time. Now to today's reason why I made this review. After waiting 15 minutes just to finally get to order my food. I ordered 3 hot dogs and fries. I paid and was told to pull to the front and my order would come out. This was at 1:51pm. I pulled around front and at 2:05 my food still hadn't come out. At this time I went inside and was told it just needed to to bagged up. A few minutes later I was handed my food. No sorry for the wait or having to come in. Just here have a good day. All in all was there for about 35 minutes just waiting for a few hot dogs and I was the only current customer. If this is how it will be from now on I'll just go elsewhere. Also if you notice most of the good ratings are from over a year ago.
I had the number 5 which was the 2 lucky dogs, fries and a drink . I didn’t get any ketchup for my fries or any napkins . The hot dogs seem like some good quality meat and it taste pretty good . The drive up is kinda weird with the design . They have a interesting way of packaging the fries .
I usually love this place and food. Have the best Chili Cheese Dogs. Last time I was there my bun was stale. Had little chili and cheese on it. I was disappointed, but will try again because it was the 1st time this happened.
There was a car in front of us for about 40 minutes to get his food and 35 minutes for us to get our large fry and sandwich. i DO NOT recommend this place for anyone. This should not be called a fast food restaurant. You can read a whole book before getting your food!
Just got hot dogs from their tonight and the hot dogs taste like they have been cooking all day long. Normally the hot dogs are a nice light pink...today they are more dark red and look way over cooked. Not to mention I ordered a side of cheese and the cup of cheese was less than half full. If I am going to pay almost $4.00 for a hotdog it would be great if it was close to worth the $4.00. So disappointed.
The kid working made a few VERY inappropriate comments to my friend and I a few nights ago. We've been in a handful of times since they opened and never had an issue with the woman who works there or some of the past employees that there. But his comments were disgusting. Shame due to the great food, and we love to help small businesses. I sincerely hope no one else has this experience.
