What can’t I say about this place. Since living in the south suburbs as a young teenager back in 2009-10 this was the go place with my friends.Now some 12 years later, I still enjoy this meal. Great service. Nice vibes. Not to mention, the people that work there are friendly.
Came in and no one greeted us at the door for at least 15 minutes. I had to go and find someone. Once seated we waited another 15 minutes to get someone to take our drink orders. Worse of all, we seen the manager eat from a costumer's plate before servings the appetizers. No one wears gloves, hair nets, wash hands between the front to the back, touching phones, hair, etc... Disgusting!!
Go check out your man Ronald at the Bar. Hella professional great at making any drink. The food came out and looked just like it taste amazing. Thanks for a great Date Night. Check out the Slammer boards... The Whiskey Glaze was fire ?
This will definitely be the last time I eat at this place… the food was beyond Gross (under cooked and cold) not to mention I waited for my waiter to come ask if I needed anything for over 15 min while I watched him walk up and down the parking lot on the phone… I sat close to where the kitchen is and seen our food just sitting there waiting for it to be served. The place wasn’t busy like at all so I don’t understand what the wait was about….
Yesterday, the manager Tony would not even come to the phone to discuss errors in my food order that I clearly described before placing my order. I called back after realizing the cooks did not get my order right at all and he again would not come to the phone and never called back. I will never order from this Tinley Park location again. The girl who answered would not even give me his name without his ok. Food allergies are a serious concern and your managers and staff need better customer service training and attention to details.
Nasty food and the bartender or whatever she was needs to be retrained. It was hardly no one in there and they weren’t answering the phone. Chicken wings tasted funny and so did the ribs. Reheated garbage. The manager wasn’t doing anything but talking instead of making sure the guests are satisfied.
Very bad service. Hostess was rude, didn't even acknowledge us. Tables were dirty and sticky. She took us to table and just threw down the menus without a second glance. We weren't even sure if it was our table as she just walked away.Sat and waited at the table for 10 minutes while looking at menu, no server came to greet us or ask for drinks.This was at 6pm on a Thursday, store wasn't busy at all.All the workers were in the back talking amongst themselves.Normally I love TGIF but this location is pretty bad compared to others.
Starting out waiting an awful long time for a hostess or someone to come get us to see us. Even went and told the bartender we've been standing there for a while. That didn't make a difference. Once we got seated we had a great waitress right on the game. Got our drinks got her order and got it out to our table. Kept our drinks refilled and stayed on top of the cooks I listened to her in the back making sure everything was running smooth she did a great job. Food temperature was perfect I appeal everything you expect. But my wife's steak had it big piece of gristle in it and it was only a 6 oz to begin with. Had more time probably would have sent that back.
the traditional chicken was a waste. the quality and taste of chicken was disappointing. the boneless chicken was better. the philly cheese steak egg rolls was a great vision. it could have been great!!! who ever made my food on a tuesday shift literally put next to nothing inside the egg roll, there was literally about a tablespoon of cheese and meat . the food was hot but it was definitely not worth going back.
Picked up order. Dry barley saused ribs, dry hard chicken, soup tasted spoiled. I paid nearly 100 dollars for food u had to throw away. Restaurant doesn't answer the phone to complain and tgif customer service online team never got back to me. Don't waste your time or money here horrible service
