Worst taco’s I ever had. I waited in the drive in for over 15 minutes. After 7 cars in front of us. Placed our order for 6 hard shell tacos, and two mango drinks……they informed us they are out of mango drinks. So we just ordered the taco’s. After the car in front of us got there order, went to pay. With one person behind us, we were asked to drive forward and wait. I asked why, there is only one car behind us. After two minutes they gave us the order. We went straight home to eat. When we opened the order, each of the six tacos were smashed flat, soggy and looked like they’ve been sitting for quite some time. I tried calling and their phone system is not set up to talk to customers.Me and my wife were very disappointed:(We never had such poor service from that location and we were frequent buyers for years!

Every time I go to this Taco Bell, it is either closed early or there is a extremely long wait time to get your food. For a company that makes hundreds of millions of dollar, they really have the worst service out of the fast food chains. 4/5 times I have been here there has been one person working. They make enough money to hire some more employees. If the problem is that no one wants to work because of low pay, THEN YOU SHOULD GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES THE PAY THEY DESERVE. This whole location should really just be shutdown! Will never come here ever again.

Fist time going through drive through equipment was down at 2pm on a Saturday. Now the drive thru line is a mile long and lobby is closed. Maybe you need to pay ypur employees more or get more help.

4pm on a weekend and I have to cancel my app order once I pull up because the person at the speaker says "they're closed" because they're the only one there working apparently. No signs posted. 2nd time this month I've tried to come here & was told they're closed with no signs posted or hours changed in the app or online. Great job Taco Bell, get it together.

Let me start by saying I love Taco Bell. BUT I really wish there was another location close to me. This location is the absolute slowest place I've ever been too. Order online, get there and wait a half hour for your food. And the quality is sub par. Food thrown together quickly. Corporate really needs to step in and fix this place. Tonight will be my last time ordering from here. While waiting, customers came in, waited and ended up leaving.

The worst Taco Bell that I've been to but not because of the food. Its because of the lack of food and overall service. I have arrived at this location 3 times during their regular business hours (including each of the last two days) but I wasn't served because they closed early or their "system was down".

I am very empathetic to the situation going on in our world right now. So, I have given this specific location a number of chances. Every time I have attempted to order in the drive-thru, I was told they are closed. There's no signs, the drive-thru lane isn't closed off with a cone, etc. No indications. VERY disappointed as this used to be a go-to spot, and now the other surrounding area quick-service locations will get my business.

I went on my lunch break and was told after I placed my drive thru order while paying at the window, I would have to come in to pay with my credit card. When I went in to pay with my credit card I was told to use the kiosk machine to order. I couldn't find steak chalupas, and by then the people behind me were placing their orders who stayed in line. I got back in line and finally placed my order for the 3rd time, and the credit card machine still did not work properly. They didn't even apologize to me, just told me it's not working and gave me my card back. My lunchbreak ended at that point and I had to go back to work. How very disappointing...

Worst location ever. Do they even have a cashier for the inside? I keep making the same mistake when I see the drive thru line busy. Takes 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge your existence when you walk inside

The food here is normally good but there is always something with this location. They run out of beans, meat, only take cash and many other issues. It seems like there is very poor management at this location. I've never had an issue with staff. I avoid this location at all costs.
