I was just in today with my daughter terrible expierence we came in today July 12th at around 12 30 they have a incompetent worker whether he’s slow or not listening he was a young chubby boy in his 20s can’t get get the order right we kept repeating it five times They wouldn’t honor the free sandwich advertised on the door. He says we’re out of sandwiches how can they make more then makes no sense lazy and rude. The lost a good customer for years we’ve been coming here . Not to mention the sloppy sandwich made and it was and rushly made with old lettuce and not good customer service it was a poor expierence today. Get new staff for the summer will not be returning ever again

Brought our classroom here on a field trip. The staff did a fantastic job getting us through the line. They were positive and professional even though our group can be a difficult. Well done!

I ordered delivery through the website and didn't receive my chips. Paying $15 for one sandwich I wasn't happy that I'd have to either forgo the chips I paid for, or drive somewhere that I paid for delivery from. I called the store and the worker proceeded to argue that they don't offer delivery, after we got through the semantics of door dash doing the delivery, they still couldn't find my order, so I had to drive back with my receipt to get my chips. I really don't like complaining, I understand many places are short staffed, but paying that much for fast food which was not even put together well and then having staff argue about the services they offer was really upsetting especially because the whole reason I ordered delivery was that I wasn't feeling well.
Worst Subway ever! I have never had a good experience here! They are rude! They do not listen! They throw things! I dont know how many times I said BLT and the guy made a BMT with bacon! They now only put 4 pieces of bacon on the foot long BLT. The only subway I've been to that doesnt put 8! I will NEVER return to this location. 3 times you're out!! I'll take my business elsewhere or to Darlas deli down the road!
They all way forget an ingredient in my app order.

Usually pretty good but the guy making sandwiches had and attitude when I asked him polity if he could wear a mask as I'm having surgery soon and he replied whatever I just said thanks and got my food
