The drive-thru experience was horrible. The workers try to rush you through your order to meet their quota only for them to forget most of what you ordered. They lack accountability by saying you didn't order something instead of saying I didn't here you say that. When they mess up your order and you pull back around for them to give you the items they missed, even after you paid for them, they don't even apologize. Lucky for them it wasn't my food because I definitely would have canceled it all and demanded a refund. Oh and let's not mention that there website still says no dine in when clearly people are dining in.
The food was hot and fresh, one of my dislikes was the food was a little too salty, and they took away my favorite burger which was the mushroom burger and replaced it with a salty garlic butter burger. Other then being on the salty side, it was ok. Next time I'll ask for my food not to be salted.
This place is always a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is hot and delicious. Other times fries r soggy and burgers are tasteless. Shames r always good but need better straws. The paper ones are trash.
Burger was SO salty and they didn’t have shakes..??? I also don’t like sweet drinks and they had no water bottles or unsweetened tea. I did get there within an hour of closing but it’s not like I showed up minutes before. Maybe it was the day before restock or something.
Would give 5 stars but they burger patties were very thin. Almost as thin as the cheese. Awesome taste though! A small wait but fresh 2 times out of 3
I had dbl cheese bgr and a vanilla shake ?. It was tasty. I was trying to work the Kiosk machine but luckily the cook helped me (thx U). I miss the servers and friendly atmosphere. One complaint staff should always make sure to keep the tables wiped clean at all TIMES..
Asanti was shift manager, she was so helpful and patient as we tried using the kiosk and we messed up and she literally just stepped right up to help us out. We received the type of service that was outstanding, haven't had such a nice friendly service like that in awhile at a fast food establishment. We dined in and everything tasted fresh and the milkshake was perfect. It definitely hit the spot. Thanks again for the great friendly service.
We were here for lunch and used the kiosk to dine in. I ordered a double burger with cheese, cheese fries and a sweet tea. We waited a bit for our order - not tooooo long and then took our seats. Food was hot and delicious.
Total change to this restaurant as far as service. They finally fixed the front door, but now it is all kiosks to order and your given a number, self seating and they call out your number and you go get your food, no more plates.The burgers and frys are still good, but the place was really dirty. Disappointing!
Order all wrong, kept my cool , don't rush your window workers and she gets blamed for ordering being wrong!!Just wanted 4shakes !Had go in the place to get my order right...Caps falling off shakes...and only one small shake when we ordered 4small..All the way from Minnesota for this...Slow it down. Do it right and make it work!!
