i do not know if you have hired a new employeee but they did not sweeten my sweet cold foam. do you prefer expired milk because it sure seems like it. that milk gave me and my coworkers the sharts on the toilet just hours after this experience. this same newby had no clue how to use a blender for crying out loud. just let me back there and ill make it myself, making sure to check the milk first!! lady had no clue how to use whip cream, apparently adding soft serve on top of a drink. why are you making me do my abc's when i enter the store??
They gave me the wrong order for the parfait I ordered through their app. And it was expired. The manager (or whoever answered the phone) was really great about it, but the worker who gave it to me clearly could’ve cared less. She was the same way when I asked her to give me a straw. She should be fired
First time here. Variable products with great taste and reasonable prices. Helpful and respectful staff. Enjoyed the calm friendly atmosphere. Decorated very peacefully. Great location also. Thank You!
If I could give this location a negative 5, I would. I visited the drive thur and ordered my favorite vanilla ice coffee with cold form. I presided to order a cookie for my son and myself, clerk told me she could not warm it up and that I could put it on my dashboard for it to warm up, not cool. When I drove up, the clerk was horrible and above it my drink was wrong. I drove around and came into the location to get my drink fixed but the clerks inside where the worst. One was upset and slamming things around and the clerk that was taking care of me was upset and had a horrible attitude. Needless to say I will not be visiting this location.
Idk how she spells it (lol) but patti or patty is an absolute queen and amazing barista. Amazing at connecting with customers and so sweet while getting people in and out asap. Queen .
Drinks fine, prices getting way too high at Starbucks. Staff at this location are pretty indifferent not really welcoming like other stores I've been to. The worst part is that they had the heat cranked up so high in here there was no way to sit inside. The outdoor tables are right next to parking spots so it feels like you are going to get hit when a car pulls in and besides it was too cool and windy to really enjoy meeting a friend over coffee outside.
Went in to store to use my own cup. Ordered a nitro sweet cream cold brew lite ice and a cookie .Got home looked at app was given regular cold brew and was charged 1.25 for lite ice! Customer service no help they won't look at the video to see what happened asked them if there is now a 1.25 charge for lite ice yes or no got an email about adding stuff . You get the drink they give you and it's 1.\\n25 for lite ice. Rewards member for 8 years. Using up Rewards selling balance on card closing account. You've shown me who you are I believe you. Time to walk away.
Starbucks is great that you're usually very consistent which is what really makes me like a place. Whether their food be bad or good I appreciate that they make the same way all the time not sometimes good other times bad. One problem I have with them is coffee not being hot enough but besides that when I order something it is exactly what I ordered and taste exactly the same each time besides the occasional lukewarm coffee. I go through the drive-thru and they are usually packed but the employees get everybody in and out very quickly and very politely. Now I see why they grow so fastly because they are very good what they do. I gave them the four stars only because of the cold coffee that was supposed to be hot.
My preception of this starbucks is you got elitestest counter people who have a false preception of a male subject who approaches them at the wrong time. With a negative reaction a female employee gave me. She was waiting on someone at drive thru shortley after i approahed her. That is why i never went back. Working the drive thru and counter doesnt work out right. I miss Caribou where people where mature,had great customer relations and did not treat people like stalkers..
I visited the store in Tinley Park on LaGrange Avenue and the staff is very accommodating the story was very clean inside and my food was served warm and hot we'll go again I highly recommend
