Meatball sandwiches are excellent the red sauce is to die for.The Italian beef not so much, dry almost taste less beef, the AuJus tasted like salty beef broth. What the sandwich lacked in taste it made up for in size beef sandwiches are huge.Overall love this store and its products if you go be sure to buy some of their bread pudding and biscotti. lasagna is killer. The cold cuts and dried meats are all top-notch the only disappointment was the beef sandwich. We stop every time we visit Illinois and will continue to do so
A friend from work sent me here to try there subs and now it's my new favorite spot. Not only do they have great deli sandwiches and prepared food but they have a whole market full of different imported products that you can't find in many other places. The customer service is great people are awesome I would definitely recommend this spot to anybody Italian or not lol
Always has quality products. Their cold deli sandwiches are always super fresh. Still staying competitive even with the current prices of goods.
I used to visit Rubino's regularly when I lived in the area. Even though I've moved away, I still make the pilgrimage occasionally to grab a sandwich lunch, pizza kit, and a few take-home dinners. It's affordable and well worth a trek to get fo.
What'll you have, an Italian party tray or an American tray? An Italian tray consists of Genoa salami, prosciutto salami, mortadella, capicolla and provolone and asiago cheeses. An American tray consists of honey roasted turkey, Krakus ham, pepperoni, Swift premium salami and Swiss and American cheeses. Take your choice. That's just the beginning of a lot of choices to be made at Rubino's Italian Imports in south suburban Tinley Park. Located at 16635 Oak Park Avenue, Rubino's was established in 1994, an Italian grocery store, market and delicatessen all in one. Open from 9 to 6 Monday through Saturday and 9 to 3 on Sunday, it it noted for its submarine sandwiches, home-made sausage, salads, desserts such as tiramisu, cannoli, cheesecake and cookies, sauces, home-made specialties such as mostaccioli, spaghetti and lasagna dinners, fresh bread, pizza, pasta, Italian ice and coffee cakes. You can't walk out out of the deli without at least one sandwich. Which one? Try a hot ltalian beef sandwich on a 10-inch fresh roll or Rubino's Special Italian Sub with Genoa salami, capicolla, mortadella, prosciutto, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and oil vinaigrette or a corn beef on dark rye with Swiss cheese, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion and sliced pickles. Rubino's gives new meaning to stop-and-shop dining.
This place is beyond amazing. The sausage is homemade and the best I've ever had!! They are super helpful too. Love the variety. All the employees are so super nice!! I drive 2 hours just to shope there.
Just WOW first time I’ve been in here was last night, I felt like a little kid in a candy store. This place is phenomenal!!! My husband had brought home their homemade lasagna the ground beef and cheese and it was to die for. So I went back to get some and normally,I’m a very very picky Italian when it comes to my homemade anything Italian food. Again just WOW thank you and everyone was so nice and helpful. I will most definitely be back. Oh and talk about picky my 15 year old daughter loved it. Thanks again for a fantastic dinner.
Great Italian food can’t beat the lasagna subs and tiramisu
This place is awesome. Just moved into the area and my fiancé is Italian and she approves of this place. Their sandwiches and soups are delicious. The soups comeLoaded for the price that you are paying. I believe they have home made Italian ice. It’s so good!! The staff is super friendly. Just a heads up they are always busy so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to wait in line.
Love it, from italian groceries to homemade to go meals and more, everything is delicious. Their pasta salad is my favorite I’ve ever had. Their sandwiches can’t be beat.
