First time here. Heard about it alot and wanted to try it, came in here not knowing what to get and a guy named Jeremy helped me out. He was good and helpful, he was very patient. I made it clear no bacon and he replaced the bacon with turkey slices with roast beef. He washed his hands and changed his gloves. The place is spotless, super clean, very organized and relaxing. 235/10 strongly recommend! Great customer service
Not from the area.. I'll never come back ordered 2 footlong big sandwiches with 2 soups..I'm not sure why I paid for the BIG sandwiches because they barely had meat skimpy & not tasty..Definitely not my experience in Hyde Park...I will say the soup was good & workers were nice
I like the fact that you can choose the bead you want white or wheat. But the choice to choose the skinny bread or regular bead is a awesome way to get your sandwich in line with your calorie intake. Choose your choice of toppings for your sandwich. Sandwiches served warm and tasty. Salads, soup, mac n cheese, cookies, chip choices. Thirsty enjoy a shake for a change of pace. Dining inside nice plenty of seats available. Clean and friendly staff.

Hey I just stop today @11 am to buy 5 sandwiches to my family but the store closed and there’s piece paper post on door we open at 11 am and there the worker she just coming and told me we closed and she is mean when she talk I don’t know if she is not like her work stay home really it’s very bad customer service and she closed the door looks like she’s the owner this company should put the right people in this business the customer in charge his location and aria should not treat as homeless today 3/26/22
The new manager is acting like he is a owner nd too much attitude
Employees ignored me throughout entire ordeal, had to remake my sandwich because they were too busy on their phones & still made it wrong, forgot about my milkshake, and made me wait 5 minutes to PAY because they were on their phones & asked ME what they were supposed to charge me for.
Alvacado not on the Itallian sub. That is what a counter asked what i want on the itallian sub alvacado.

Ordered a delivery for a pizza melt and chicken salad sandwich. Pizza melt came with no marina and chicken salad sandwich came with no cheese. Called the store and was told that I was lying. Already called corporate. Terrible customer service. Picture below. Orange in the top is grease from the pepperoni being cooked. No marinara at all.
