This was the best experience I have ever had at a Popeyes restaurant. The staff was so friendly and courteous to the customers. The physical restaurant was clean and inviting. There were no rude staff members looking at you crazily, rolling their eyes, and cussing you out because you want to order and they don’t want to work. No disrespectful teenagers playing over the food. No marijuana smells in the restaurant coming from the staff. They really embraced customer service which is becoming a thing of the past at most establishments. I actually sat down and enjoyed my food. I will make this my new spot. It’s a little farther away from my home but it is worth it. They were all excellent. If I could give more stars I would.
Just spent over $80.00 here and the chicken you can tell has been sitting there all day. It's old and dry. The biscuits were hockey pucks and burnt. The only thing half good was the red beans and rice, & mashed potatoes. Come on Popeyes you can do better than this. Bad enough that your large sides are the size of everyone else's small. But to get old food is unexceptable. Your prices have always been over the limit especially for your sides.
Okay, I have stopped by this particular location and I left extremely pleased with the food and service. My food was fresh and delightful. I am so glad that this Popeyes Chicken is not serving crappie food. I will revisit in the future or when I get the yardbird mojo. Keep up the good work ?????
If I could give them 0 I would. I went through the drive thru and ordered 63 dollars worth of food, they ran my card and claimed it didn't go through on their end, but I checked my account and I was charged. Then they made me wait another 15 min to tell me that I had to give the food back as the lady's holding my card not giving it back. Then I told her absolutely not, I was charged on my end so figure it out and finally after a good half hour she made me sign some book and said they would call me to charge me on their end. Yeah okay. While all the employees in there were smiling and staring at me, making me feel so uncomfortable. Never ever again. Horrible staff. At least my semi warm food was good.
Service was good. Like many places, these days it was drive thru only. Upon placing our order. We were informed their was no more mild drum stick. They asked us if we waited spicy or did we want to wait on more mild. We decided to wait. When our order was ready they brought it to the car.
Although I am not normally in this area (brought my mother-in-law to the doctor), the food here was actually pretty good. I haven't had Popeyes in a while but the food was hot and the service was quick. Definitely will come back to this location when I am in the neighborhood!
Do not place an order after 6 PM. Prior to that the service is great. After 6 PM you will never get the items you ordered and more than likely will be over charge for the order you received. I love Popeyes but when I only go there prior to 6 PM
Don’t waste your money on the strips, you’ll get fried breading smaller than nuggets.
Had the Flounder fish sandwich for the first time. It was horrible. Bun was fine, flounder was a very thin sliver of fish coated with way too much soggy breading. 1/3 fish 2/3 soggy breading with horrible sour tartar sauce. Picke was good. Overall a pile of garbage. Never again. Better off going to Long John s for a thick cod sandwich.
Horrible customer service from this store. Usually Popeyes stores are good but this store is horrible. I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and 5 tenders and they didn’t give me the 5 tenders. So I had to go out and ask and say you didn’t give me the tenders. Also this isn’t the first time this exact store had bad customer service. Another Popeyes store in Mokena was very good and their service was very kind.
