This location seems to have gone downhill over the past few months. Every time I've ordered recently something has either been missing from my order or was made incorrectly. I've ordered salads that have come without dressing, missing key ingredients, greens that don't look very fresh, etc. If I'm paying $15 for half a salad and half a sandwich, it should be made correctly and come with all the ingredients. It's really unfortunate because I enjoy Panera for an easy quick healthier lunch - but I'm not sure I'll be ordering from this location in the future. I can get a salad at Wendy's or McDonald's that at least is made correctly, for half the price.
I went through the drive-through today around 130 and all I want to say is the service was impeccable! Friendly, accurate and very personable and the food wasn’t bad either lol… From the girl that took my order, to the guy that handed it to me. Good service is difficult to find anymore, so unfortunately I almost expect bad service..so I was pleasantly surprised and appreciative!!!
Waited 20 mins in the drive through for two bagels and they stillGot the order wrong. No receipt. No apologies for waiting. The party inside with the crew was much more important than providing the meal I paid for. Horrible experience. Please train your staff
We stopped for an early lunch. I tried the new Thai chicken soup and strongly recommend it if you like Thai food. I dipped my bread in the soup to soak up every last drop. I got a blueberry scone to go. All in all, a great stop with good food and equally good service.
I have a coffee subscription. Stopped for a break and to pickup my favorite Hazel Nut coffee that was ordered via the app. Large selection of items, friendly staff, clean restroom.
Management is terrible. Has zero accountability for the things going wrong in that place . Everyone is running around like a chicken with their head cut off and jumping from drive through to the cooking area touching food to help “speedup the process “ but the Manager didn’t even bother to put on gloves . I’f you’re looking for a place to dine where you will wait to get served fast food almost 30 minutes later this is the place to go.
The chicken chefs spicy sandwich was horrible. It tasted plant based. The Buffalo sauce and the mayo was only on one side and the dill pickle chips that’s on the sandwich did not compliment it at all,it was disgusting. I paid $28.00 for 2 sandwiches and I regret it horribly.
Nice service. Clean food. Employees are friendly. I just wish they’d clean up the tables… it’s annoying to wipe off a table before sitting…
Tuna salad and chicken salad sandwich but barely any chicken or tuna salad…barely!! But enough greens to make a salad
I feel like Panera just keeps us guessing. Sometimes the drive through is closed, sometimes the inside is closed, sometimes they only do online orders. You just never know what youll get!
