This restaurant used to be good. Idk what happened to it. The app never works right. Log in is a nightmare. Ordered online for a later pick up. It was ready, but when I got home, there was no silverware to eat with. The online ordering asked me if I needed it after every item I chose and I said yes, but it wasn't there. My grilled chicken ceasar salad was not up to par. Instead of the normal romaine lettuce, I got mixed greens, tiny croutons (I remember them being big) and a tiny portion of chicken. I did not finish it because it didn't taste good. It reminded me of weeds from the parking lot. A $12 salad should be good imo. As far as I know, everything else was ok, but their quality could stand to improve.
The last time I had Noodles & Company was probably 10 years ago. I have been meaning to go back for years now as I remember it being really good back then. So tonight was the night I was going to finally get it. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and the Wisconsin mac and cheese. I placed a pick up order that was to be ready at 8:07 pm. I went in at 8:08 pm and it was ready as it was supposed to be and that was great. I drove home which is about 10 minutes away and sat down to eat. Wow was I severely disappointed. The quality of food was terrible and not what I remembered from my one other time there. On top of that the Mac And Cheese was room temperature. Safe to say I will not be going back a third time and half of the food went in the trash.
I didn't get the 3 sauces I asked for, even after being reassured the second time I asked, that they were in there. The Pesto Cav wasn't all Cav, seeon top and no chicken. Also, you can see the spaghetti noodle in the Pot stickers. If I didn't like them so much it would be 1 star.
Absolutely terrible 10 bucks for two bites of noodles and the garlic bread was not even toasted …it was like they threw some garlic and cheese straight from the fridge on there…do they even weigh the portions ??! Such a ripoff ….negative 5 stars
Noodles and Company as a whole is consistently pretty great. I love pasta -- noodles of all kinds, really -- and broadly speaking, their food is very tasty.HOWEVER.This particular location has consistently been bizarrely stingy with everything from vegetables/add-ins to sauce. I usually order through the app, and unfortunately have to add multiple "additional" servings of vegetables that are usually supposed to already come with my meal to get anything resembling a reasonable amount (I'm comparing mostly to their Orland, Frankfort, and La Grange locations, which are all good in my experience). Sometimes even after ordering extra, I've struggled to find any of the requested vegetable in my food at all.I also often get extra noodles so I can have two types, which they seem to be fine with fulfilling, but the last time I ordered extra sauce to cover those extra noodles, they gave me an additional small container with literally maybe a tablespoon of sauce, lol. It was like... a comically small amount that was nowhere near enough to cover the noodles. This is exceptionally shady considering it's mostly if not exclusively curbside/take-out right now, so a lot of people probably don't check the contents of each container thoroughly and miss stuff like that.To be clear, the vegetable issue holds true regardless of whether I order extra noodles, so it's not just a needle in a haystack (or... a tomato in a pile of noodles...) type of thing, there are literally just only like two tomatoes per bowl. Once I got only one single segment of red onion after ordering extra, lmao. It's pretty egregious sometimes. Also, bring back the garlic bread shareable, booooo. (This bit has no weight on my rating, as it may be company-wide.)
Food was cold, bland and lacked flavor. I've ordered the Korean beef bowl numerous times but I have been unhappy the last few times. Will not be going back.
This location is subpar. Cold and not at all what I wanted . Will skip this location
Disappointed. Noodles were under cooked and room temperature. Not at all what has been my previous experience at this and other locations. Soda machine only had a handful of options of diet soda or zero sugar. Just had water.
The food is okay. They need to work on making the take out bags secure for Uber Eats deliveries. The bag my food came in was open leaving the delivery driver free to eat my food if wanted. Staple the bag closed. Tape it. Seal the opening with a sticker. Do not give open, unsecure bags of food to customers.
I only come here when the Noodles and Company is closed by me or when I’m visiting my grandmother and I never think I’ll be back again. Every time I come here there are different noodles and many unknown ingredients mixed in my Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. Today, I ordered from here thru DoorDash and there were 5 hard black pellets and random pieces of a green vegetable in my Mac & Cheese. I’ve been going here for 5 years and I’m sick of this constantly happening. It’s actually disgusting and makes me believe that they prepare their food in unsanitary ways…. Also my boyfriend went here with his friend a month ago and they were extremely rude and yelled at them saying that they aren’t allowed to order inside.
