Manager did not handle our issue kindly. She acted like we were the problem verses trying to solve the problem. However, cashier employees have been kind. We felt like we were a bother though they messed up the order. And when our food arrived, it was not fully right. We left out of frustration and got no explanation why our food wasn't made after waiting 30 minutes. Manager was really snooty, needs to work on customer service when there is an issue. I feel blamed when I did nothing wrong. I paid for food not scolding.
Just came to the 24 hour location and pulled up and was asked to wait. While waiting another women pulled up into the other lane to order who was the opposite race and was waited on immediately.Racism really needs to stop. The alleged women who made me feel extremely uncomfortable at the Tinley Park location is Chyanne
The manager was extremely disrespectful after they made my mcchicken with no buns I went back to have them correct it and she grabbed my sandwich and locked the window. I was talking to her and told her to give me my money back when she slammed the window shut in my face and threw my money into my car. I paid with change when I first placed my order and she also gave me my change back which was 1.35 in coins and threw it in my car. After being disrespected twice from the same person I had no choice but to complain and let McDonalds know they need to be aware of the disrespectful employees they are hiring. We understand working late is not easy but being disrespected is not acceptable no matter what.
This location was recently remodeled and since then it has an additional drive thru lane and quick service. The other Tinley Park location is cash only half the time at night, serves only breakfast, is extremely rude, and slow. None of those issues here. I go out of my way to skip any other location except this one.
My experience was not good. We have to repeat our order 5 times and the cashier still got it wrong. We asked for hot fries straight out the grease, but they were a little warm. All I wanted was a small fry a large Coke, and an apple pie. When I made it home the apple pie was broken on the end, and it looked like it had been sitting all, day or was yesterday's apple pie. Most McDonald's are not what they used to be.
I understand it's fast food but the person that took my order which I assume gave me my food was rude as can be. I asked simple questions as I wasn't sure what was being served at the time and they just gave snappy and rude responses. Then basically threw my food at me after I waited quite some time
Absolutely terrible. Went there late night and the customer service is as terrible as the food will not ever be back again. I complained to the manger and she didn't care attitude was as stinky as the food. Happy will be posting the footage of my experience online and sending to corporate.
Horrible drive through ! Told me to “pull forward” for my fries.. THEY NEVER CAME!
The restaurant itself was really clean. It was the customer service that was nasty! Went in and ordered a meal and the young lady that took my order had an attitude like she didn't want to be there. Took my order but took it wrong. Once I got my food, I pointed it out to the manager who gave me my food and the manager made it seem like I didn't communicate well what I wanted. Like I didn't know what I wanted. Ordered a large neal and was given a medium fry with my order. Rather than take the medium and just give me a large fry, she gave me a small fry and tells me "just because you ordered aeal and asked for a large drink, doesn't mean you wanted a large me". Like what??? I just took my food and left. Terrible customer service!
I coming back home later and this restaurant near my home and some time I stop there later to buy food every time they give me my wrong order or missing something and the workers there rude and I don’t never complain but last night I find myself I have to because I was order 20 chicken negates and 2 large fries and I used my app say 20 chicken negates and take 2 large fries and I give him the app COD and charge me $14.67 but he should charge just for negates and free fries and the worker his lie to I asked he say I charge just $6.57 but when I check my card I find out he charge me $14.67 that’s shame that’s why who works there zero customer service and customer respect
