There hair in my burger. None of them wear hair nets lts disgusting. I literally had to take a bite out of the burger to find the hair
Went thru the drive thru. Just to get a snack large fries and large drinks. We were able to get thru the drive thru without a long wait period. The fries were hot and the drinks were cold. No complaints a bout the service.
Seems every other time I request my "usual" I get the exact opposite. More specifically, I get 2-3 McDoubles (I know I eat a lot) with ketchup and mayonnaise only. More then a few times I've received all regular McDoubles with everything on them. Morning staff are usually better then afternoon and evening.
Received some one else order. Did not have time to return and get it corrected. When called they made me feel there was no error even when I told time , what I ordered and what I received.
I usually have good luck here. But tonight, the line was super long and slow (which is never a good sign). Alright fine, I’ll deal with it. But after all that waiting, my Bacon Double Quarter Pounder had no bacon or lettuce. My Deluxe Crispy Chicken Sandwich had everything on it when I asked to remove items, and it was also the spicy one, not mild. They also did not include the two barbecue sauce packets I ordered. Mobile orders are so easy to fulfill because everything is written on the screen and there’s no opportunity to mishear someone. I’ve almost never wanted a refund in my history of getting fast food but today was a total wash.
Raw cheeseburger, raw fries. Absolutely gross. Not even worth it to call store anymore because there is no acceptance of doing anything wrong. Just “oh do you want to come back and get a replacement” no, I wanted cooked food when I ordered it and paid for it originally. SMH.
Best two employees here is the woman taking your order. ( The one who says "my love") She is full of energy, patient, and promotes the sales that are ongoing. The other employee is the young Asian man who takes the money. He reads your order so there's no mistake, gives receipt and is very professional. Those two make a great team . I've never experienced such great employees before at a McDonald's.
Used to be amazing but it's really gone downhill. They have new people that they don't seem to be training. One person took my order and it was wrong on screen. I corrected her when i got the window, and she insisted it was right. It was definitely not right.
I purchased a spicy chicken deluxe and when I got home I noticed that someone took a bite out of my sandwich. I couldn't believe it. What type of person bites someone else's sandwich that they didn't pay for, then places it back in the box. I find NOTHING FUNNY ABOUT THIS!!!!I called the manager who kept apologizing but I told her that she needed to make sure she speaks with her team. That was just gross!!! A waste of my money bc these sandwiches are not cheap and ruined my dinner which I was looking forward to since I was really hungry. Totally disappointed ☹️☹️ and won't buy anything from this location again.
Usually this McDonald's is a great place to eat. But lately in the past 2 months they hired a younger staff who likeS to stand around in groups at the drive thru windows talking about personal things going on in their own lives and not paying attention to us, the customers in line trying to get our food we ordered, hoping it's still hot and made THEM [way we asked. 9 times out of 10 it's COLD and has pickles, onions, lettuce and seeds on the bun that I'm allergic to. So, I have to ask for the manager to make me what I had ordered cause her staff is too busy talking about their own problems. It used to be a good Friendly McDonald's until they hired all the young teanagers; it's has gotten so bad, one time I ordered a Mcdouble and the kid at the grill forgot to put 2 hamburger patties on it. The manager said um so sorry the kid on the griddle is new, if he's that new why isn't someone watching him work to make sure he's putting everything on a McDouble that supposed to be one one, especially THE 2 HAMBURGER PATTIES!!
