Ordered a deep dish, half Supreme and half meat lovers and paid $50 for the pizza that was not much thicker than a piece of pizza hut pizza... Heading back to memphis so didn't think to check it being that you'd think THEY know what deep is .. No DEEP DISH what so ever...not what I'm used to getting from Chicago... Not a good Chicago deep dish pizza experience! Use to my cheese and filings falling out the sides when I lift it out and having to almost eat it with a fork! Pizza did have a good taste and fresh ingredients, just wasnt what I was expecting.

Was told it would take an hour for delivery ended up waiting 2 and a half. Asked them to cut the pizza they never did. I asked for cutlery and a plate because I'm in a hotel and didn't get any. Pizza probably would have tasted good if I didn't receive a cold deep dish Pizza with hard cheese 2 thumbs down

Visited this place because my kids only like eating spinach pizza from this place with the buttery crust. This was my first visit to this location. I called ahead and placed my order, a large thin crust extra cheese and spinach cooked well done. Keep in mind I am about 30-40 minutes from home. While there I had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for the pie to bake even after the original bake time. It was already so late I didn’t even bother checking the pizza before I left I just knew that it was hot temperature wise. When I got home the pizza was as pale as 2% milk and my kids hate the taste of cheese that isn’t cooked well done. I called the location immediately to inform them of this and spoke to the manager who really didn’t speak good English. He said they no longer leave your name around to remake the pizza they only send you a gift card in the mail. I gave him my info and still haven’t received this gift card. 2 weeks later I called and spoke to a manager named John and said he could either credit my card that I used or double check to see if the card was sent out and that he’d call me back in an hour and I never heard from him either. At this point I am just going to contact my bank and have them reverse the transaction. Maybe that will wake this location up. Also if the amount of cheese that was on my pizza was considered to be double then save yourself time and money and only get the standard layer because there were still empty pockets of pizza with just tomato sauce and no cheese

As stated in another review im not from Chicago. My buddy that lives here told me Lou's was the place for pizza so we went. I greatly prefer this over the other big name pizza place in Chicago! The crust is not nearly as much bread and is so buttery and crispy. The sausage they put on top of the pizza is delicious! Fried mushrooms are also fantastic if you have room for an appetizer.

Oh my lord. Okay, so, I've never had pizza like this. I've had west coast pizza, I've had New York style in New York, I've had other deep dish pizza, but this? I had no idea what i was missing. I ordered simple, just pepperoni, mushroom and fresh basil, I swear I could smell the basil as Anthony brought the pizza to me. The sauce is amazing with just a hint of star anise (not too much which is a common mistake) which made the sauce pop. Perfect blend of cheeses, flavorful pepperoni, piping hot. Each piece must have weighed a pound. Anthony and the hostess crew were great, friendly and welcoming. I ordered a beer and it was poured and at my table in probably two minutes or less. If you're trying to decide whether to eat here, look no further, choose Lou Malnati's. You will not be disappointed. PS: I liked it so much I came back four days later!

Our pizza was amazing and serves was excellent!! I am gluten-free and appreciated the menu was labeled and I had more than 1 option. We are from out of town but definitely be back next time we are in the area

Amazing Chicago deep dish!! Really enjoy this place… tastes the exact same as Chicago! Get their classic Chicago deep dish pizza and malnati salad ;)

A whole lot of bread and very little cheese. Chicago deep dish is supposed to have more cheese than crust. I even ordered extra cheese and the crust was still thicker. +5 stars because everything I order from here always tastes fresh. Their salads are delicious. -2 star for being cheap with the cheese.

One of my favorite pizza places. They do it a little differently than most pizza joints so if you want something fresh, check them out. Good gluten free options too!

Got Lou Malnati's for our late night meal at our wedding. All our out of town guests wanted to try some deep dish. Guests loved it and everything worked out great. Thanks to Don and everyone at the Tinley Park location for helping make this possible.
