Updated: Had my bank cancel their whole charge, staff wasnt helpful as well as the managers. Learn some honesty and integrity, or just fire your ignorant workers. Wont be returning ever.First bad experience here occurred the 27th of October. Thought I'd be nice and leave a 25% tip(no one really thinks to do so when they're in the drive thru but I said why not?) Ended up charging double my 20$ order, not sure if that was the cashiers fault or my mistake for leaving the tip which could have been manipulated. Very upset from my experience and won't be returning if I can't solve this issue with them personally.
Food prices went up, understandable, but they now charge you to use a credit card! Bad business move in my opinion. They just lost our business of many years. Will frequent Burrito Jalisco and Speedy Burrito more in the future.
Beans and Rice were super good. Ordered a Steak quesadilla and not only was the meat super dried out, it's very obvious it's not really steak since steak (at least none that I've ever had) shreds the way this meat did. It also had absolutely no flavor. Wouldn't order again and wouldn't recommend.
got a custom shrimp & steak burrito with mexican rice on it and a side of corn in a cup and this was sooo good ? they wasn’t stingy with there food either !
Sofia has poor customer service... The food is mediocre.... fajitas restaurant is way better..Very disappointed
The food is great . The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because the menus online are not updated and when I addressed the issue the young woman at the counter (Sonia) was very rude and condescending. I was more than polite when I addressed the issue and felt there was no need for her to speak to me the way that she did. After all she is in the hospitality industry. She should be replaced with someone who knows how to conduct themselves in a more professional manner.
Had the chimichanga Suiza. It was okay, could have been better! The steak was dry, but everything else was pretty good. Their guacamole was amazing!
Great food fast service I go every day almost
Big portions, fresh and hot at a low price. My husband and i got giant burritos, each one easily enough to feed us for 1.5-2 meals. Not much more you can ask for at less than $10 per person, I feel.
