Horrible experience with this store. They blame doordash for the missing items. I have no issue with doordash for other restaurants. But Little Caesars on Harlem Ave in Tinley Park is horrible. They also make it difficult to get your money back. They claimed food is packed in a bag, but my food was NOT packed in a bag. So what else is this store not saying correctly? The assistant Manager Will was not helpful and blamed their Manager Amanda who was on leave for not being able to assist me with my refund. This is the last time I am ordering from this store location. Untruthful employees work here.
Ordered online delivered wrong order made by Little Caesars in Tinley Park. Tried calling sat on hold for over 25 minutes. Terrible customers service.
Not a bad experience, I ordered the pizza while at work and I had to wait alittle bit for it but not to long, everything was in my order and food was hot
I don’t know how this little Caesars stays in business second time I’ve been here waited 15 minutes did not even get to order before I walked out. No one ever walked up to the register all I kept saying hearing “ will be right with you “ and then go back to talking while the lobby is filled with people
Pizza was good but the wait was kind of long. Didn't even see anyone inside for almost 10 minutes even though there were alot of people there. Understandable because there was a help wanted sign on the window.
This place is ridiculous. I ordered 3 pizzas on 5/6/22 and it took 2 hours for my order to be ready. UNACCEPTABLE… there were 2 employees working there and pizza were being made 1 every 15 mins. Pizza warners were empty. This store should close down if you don’t have enough workers to provide customer service.
The restaurant has to be pretty atrocious for us to give it a bad review. Little Caesars in Tinley Park crossed that threshold today. For the 2nd time in the last 2 visits over the past several months, Little Caesars saw fit to give this customer stale dried up garbage in exchange for hard earned money. Our expectations aren't very high for $5 or $6 pizzas, but they have to be edible. NOTE: We know there is (or at least, 'WAS') one great pizza maker here - we've gotten great pizzas from here in the past. But we haven't seen that guy the last couple of times. Our thanks go out to that one GREAT pizza maker, but we can't take any more chances.
Store is total chaos. People everywhere wall to wall and wait time well over 2 hours. Corporate needs to step in and investigate.
Place seem to be closed Order placed online yesterday and went to pick up and store was closed. No one answering phone. Not even customer no notice. Nothing. No service. Please don't go to this place. I'm not sure what's going on???
Ordered a Deep dish online an hour before picking up, I get there and it's packed with people waiting for their orders. Mine is not ready as well and there was no one attending the counter.I finally get my pizza and head home but what I discovered was certainly not what I ordered! Looks like they took any cheese pizza they had and stuffed it in the box. This place is seriously understaffed and not well run! Buyers beware and always check your order!
