This was our first visit to Just Shrimp. This restaurant is a Tinley Park gem. We came in just before closing, and, unlike other restaurants who serve whatever is left at the end of the day, the food was fresh and delicious. We had the shrimp basket and shrimp boil. Both were flavorful and filling. The staff was friendly and they had great energy. Whether dining in or on the go, I highly recommend Just Shrimp for your next lunch, dinner or snack time.

The place just ok to me. They didn’t have a wide choice of beverages and no ice. Potato was over cooked and shrimp was just ok. I’ve had better. Beverages they did offer was not cold. It’s 95 today. ☹️
prices is so high quantity is reduceda pund of fried shrimp is 18.99 +tax. and you only get 10 fried shrimpstop shop there they steal your money. no more food from themno excuse to sell 10 pieces for 18,99 .. no sir it’s not the same at all.. even the shrimp size is smaller way smaller . unfortunately it’s not only me it’s all my friends saying the same thing about you guys
I ended up getting the 10 pc shrimp pack.The shrimp were extremely crispy and juicy. The dipping sauces were very tasty. The barbecue sort of made the shrimp taste like chicken. There mild sauce is fantastic as well.The coleslaw was probably the best part of the meal: sweet, not bitter, and super creamy. It was almost like dessert. The 10 pc is a lot of food.I barely even finished it. It seemed to fill me up perfectly. Fantastic service, will definitely be back again!
I ordered the shrimp dinner and a side of calamari. There was more than enough breading, however, I adjusted to it. I wish I had more calamari rings, the 3 I had became the highlight of my meal. Unfortunately, my not so great experience was with the shrimp, which had a concerning after taste. I took one bite and wondered if my mind was playing tricks on me. After my second bite, I had to spit it out as I was afraid of getting sick. The fries underneath the shrimp didn’t taste that great either. I was left dissatisfied, hungry, and out of 20 bucks.
Very disappointed tonight! I normally go there often I noticed I was over charged for fried lobster tails on the Menu it’s 18.99 a pound I was charged 24.99 for 5small lobster tails. When I asked the cashier he said everything is high and compared his prices to gas, however the menu states a different price and the lobster tails wasn’t good. Extremely disappointed will not eat their again!
I’m from Indiana so I don’t have a great comparison buuuuuut I just had the BEST JUMBO SHRIMP I’ve ever eaten period. Every single time in my life that I’ve ordered shrimp no matter where I was I envisioned it tasting like THIS! It never ever did UNTIL TODAY! Big, Juicy, crunchy and cooked to perfection. I also had the Fish N Chips but I didn’t care for it because I’m used to it being Battered but it was Breaded. Flavor was ok I was just expecting it to be Battered loins but it was breaded fillets. The biggest surprise for me was strangely the COLESLAW ??♂️. It had a “Very Fresh” taste to it. Not a just made freshness but more like a light crisp flavor that carried all the way through. Maybe a hint of cucumber? Whatever it was the portion was to small for how good it was. Next trip I will be getting extra! Guaranteed to return for a Po Boy and the Perch! Sorry there’s no photos of the food but I SMASHED IT to fast. ?

You can find a Groupon for this place. I have had the shrimp ?, the perch? and fries. They offer a verity of sauces for dipping. The food here is always hot and fresh. I will continue to go to Just Shrimp even without a Groupon. Enjoy!
