I ordered the veggie sandwich, and it was great, until I realized there was a hair in my food. I immediately trashed the remainder of the sandwich. GROSS. Please wear a hair net. And no, the hair isn’t mine, as I have very curly hair, and the hair in my food was straight (zoom in on either photo to see).
Other Jimmy Johns have done it, but they refuse to give you oil and vinegar on the side here. Either you have it on the sandwich or not at all... Then they forgot my pickle.
Very surprised, a big company like Jimmy John’s doesn’t have Apple Pay. Very inconvenient!
Apparently they can’t deliver your food 5 minutes away from the store.
Does not allow any of the national Jimmy Johns promotions. Annoying to get promotions I can’t use. Also, I can’t order delivery from any other location, even one that’s closer to me. Broken system.
They prepare your sandwich very fast and the Black and Bleu beef sandwich is very tasty. Even though it’s a limited special, I will be getting it every time I go until it’s gone.All employees are very nice and provide exceptional service each time.It’s isn’t too overly priced and is the perfect stop for me on the way home from the CFX right across the street or from Moraine Valley.Stop in, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

I don't recommend this Jimmy John's, they're very rude to you. Low proportion of food and it was too dry. What waste of a lunch.
