Good Thai chicken wrap. They don't have the wheat sub rolls anymore, just sliced bread. Missed those.
Frequent turn over so food and delivery are inconsistent.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and delicious AS EXPECTED! Don't let the other comments deter you from enjoying JJ's. The place was clean and there was some great music playing.
I always seem to get annoyed when ordering online and have it delivered it ALWAYS takes forever!!
If I could've I would've put NO STARS for this place. I just moved to the area and I am twelve minutes away from this location but was denied delivery. After already looking up which location would be closest to me (6 minutes away) and trying that one to which I had no response (I called 4 times), I decided to try the second closest to me. Before I could even get my address out the manager cut me off and said I would need to go online and look up the one closest to me, which I had already done. I tried explaining to her that I already called the one closest to me and they did not answer but she was just extremely rude and not helpful at all. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It is not my fault that the other location is not answering and 6 minutes vs. 12 minutes is not a huge difference. This location is pathetic so this will have been my FIRST and LAST encounter with them. If they won't go 4 miles down the road then where do they deliver???

I enjoy the sandwiches when they are made correctly which is not very consistent. When they mess up your order and remake it they ask for the old sandwich back which is unprofessional and unsanitary. Emily the manager is awesome and will go above and beyond to make things right. All employees should follow her lead. I will continue to spend my money here.
I tried to go here the other day. They wouldn't serve me because I didn't have a mask. No thanks. I won't spend my money here.

For the price of these sandwiches I could make double at home. I just dont like how they dont offer more options with more vegetebles. Like 10 bucks for a basic meat sandwich. I like pickles I like onions I like all that stuff. Reason why I stopped going here and back to subway where I can drag my sammie through the garden.
