Absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I ordered quite a spicy sandwich that was too mighty for me however I knew that was my own fault. I did suffer those consequences after. But I know if I ordered something less spicy I would have enjoyed it so much more. I enjoyed the food and the staff so 5 stars despite my own lack of judgment in spice. They don't play!!!
The chicken is really, really good. I recommend the regular sandwich. This visit I was feeling a little frisky & orders the donut chicken sandwich…. Yes, I finished it. No, I didn’t feel good about my choices. Something to try - but I don’t think I’d order again.Restaurant has a drive thru as well as sit down. Was clean and staff was nice. Will go back!
If your looking for a quality nashville hot chicken sandwhich, this is your spot. I ordered a chicken sandwhich with medium heat, and it was the perfect amount of spice. The fresh bun really takes the sandwhich to the highest level. Can't wait till i can get back! 10/10 highly reccomend. Perfect spot for lunch.
Chicken sandwiches were top notch in my book. That's if you like coleslaw and pickles on your chicken sandwich. Loaded fries were great too. Like the season fries offering. Basic menu with friendly service
I decided to try the Tinley Park location instead of going to the Oak Lawn Location. The food was ok. We had the Mild Tenders and Chicken & Cheese Sandwich w/fries. The tenders were great. The chicken sandwich and the fries were a little charred. Overall ok but I prefer the oak lawn location.
Picked up food here this evening via drive thru. I ordered the Nashville Fried Chicken Sandwich (Hot). I like spicy food and this sandwich did not disappoint! This chicken sandwich had loads of ghost pepper heat but also tons of flavor from the coleslaw and pickles for a nice crunch. Will be returning and will order this sandwich again.
Darn good chicken sandwiches and tenders!!!Try it you'll like it!Oh, and when you ask for hot and they advise you that their hot is really hot and maybe you'd like medium as it is hotter than most other places you may have tried. Believe them! The hot is HOT! Like unenjoyable hot. And I can't even believe there's two levels of heat above that!I've had the medium a few times, it's a good heat, tried a single tender in hot and on the first bite I knew I made a mistake. It took me the whole 45 minute ride home to Indiana to finish that tender, suffering the whole way home.Tried the mild just this last trip, and ya know what? It was excellent, just a little zip to it, nice flavor, moist meat and crispy outer. Love the pickles also.
The food was quite good overall and the chicken sandwich was exactly what I was wanting. I'd recommend ordering one level hotter than what you would usually order just because the medium wasn't quite the burn I expected. I do wish the drive-thru window was better designed so the cold air didn't freeze the counter staff and the dining area as a whole.
There is a big piece of well cooked juicy chicken on the sandwich. I had the Nashville Fried Chicken medium heat. I felt the heat as an afterburn, but there wasn't much flavor to the heat. I didn't love the sweet bread (brioche), sweet coleslaw and sweet bread and butter pickles which all took away from the heat. We also got the chicken and cheese sandwich as mild which also had just a slight afterburn of heat with Kraft singles of cheese. The seasoned fries had some heat and a lot of sweet, but tasted like real potatoes
The food here is AMAZING! I ordered the Nashville Fried Chicken Sandwich (mild) which still had a decent kick. It’s such a flavorful sandwich & I love the amount of pickles that are one the sandwich. They make sure you get a crunch in every bite. I also ordered the potato salad. It was a bit different from your traditional potato salad, adding a little tang to your taste buds. The beer is craft beer & absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend.
