Bad place to eat at, would NOT recommend! All the ladies that work there have a nasty attitude for no reason, you can talk to them nice and they STILL give you attitude. Walked in there ONLY asking for Tostada Chips and the lady looks at me like I’m stupid and don’t understand what I’m ordering, asked her in English and Spanish. It was not that hard to just give me what I ordered. Never again!
Worse Mexican place I ever went to the lady on the cashier is very slow and she had me go back to get churros was already paid for and then I got home I opened my food it was a huge buritto wrap instead of 3 small steak tacos the rice and bean is the so horrible like i should’ve drove a like a lil further to Pepe’s they offer a better service and better quality food for less price this place so expensive for no reason if I can give it 0 start i would very disappointed dissatisfied.
I got a new item on their menu, a Fajita Burrito. This was awesome, I highly recommend one especially if you like Fajitas and Burritos.
This used to be one of my favorite places, not anymore. Will not be going back. Ordered a 11 dollar nacho it had like 8 chips in it. They forgot 2 of my tacos didn't realized til we got home. Complained about the chips and the fact that I had to drive back. You would think they would at least offer to make us a new nacho but no. Tough luck, that nacho could have saved them a customer but they chose otherwise. I wouldn't order from here if I were you. Stay Away!
I have known El Famous and the owner since there was only one in Summit, 25-26 years ago.I see him every once in a while in Tinley Park.
This place use to have tacos for $1.25 on certain days. Now they are $3.25! (the whole menu has literally doubled in price). Speedy burrito is half the price and twice as nice
Wayyyy way way overpriced. I mean $4.50 for a horchata? $3.25 for a taco? Much cheaper down the street. We will not return. Sad because it used to be a good place.
Love the way the food is made. For a true Mexican like myself, this food brings joy and happiness to my soul. I would definitely recommend the chicken. It is sooo good!!
Where do I start. I went there today to have lunch. They have a sign that says I must show my vaccine card to eat in, BY LAW. First of all it looks like a 3 year old wrote the sign, second its not LAW and third it was funny that none of the hispanic people who ordered before or after us and were eating in were asked for their vaccine card.... I am not done with them. I already called the health inspector on them and reported the couple violations that I saw
The location I go to is in Tinley Park. I like the food at this location better than the one in Orland Park. There is a VERY drastic difference in the taste of the food, seasoning of the food and amount of food you receive. I got a steak burrito from the location in Orland Park and it was very bland(no flavor at all) had wayyyyyy more veggies than steak. I unwrapped it and couldn't find very much steak in it. Found a lot of veggies. You can make any item on the menu spicy. It will be very spicy so if you can't handle spicy don't do it. The steak burrito bowl is my go to favorite.
