Standing right in front of cashier and tell them 9 creams , 3 sugars And they can't get it right!!!!. Tired of paying as if I'm at Starbucks & they can't get it right.
I really wanted to like this location however they don’t make the ice coffee correct being no caramel flavor included, the latte had no flavor, the bacon avocado toast did not have crisps bacon pieces, they put uncooked large pieces of bacon in the avocado toast which is not up to franchise standards. After reading all the poor reviews now I understand why this can’t get it right. Go to 171st and 80th Ave to get your Dunkin as it’s so much better. Look at those reviews, so much better.
They NEVER make coffee as requested!!! Multiple trips to this location but they truly just give you whatever they want. My coffee has never been given as ordered!!!!
After increasing prices to the point of 5 dollars per coffee with the swirls pumps are 35 cents each, they don't even give you every pump you pay for.On top of that my free drinks cost money because of these 35c each pumps of swirl.Terrible way to destroy your own business.They are hiring at 15 dollars per hour and not giving their hardest workers a raise whom are stuck at 11 and 12 dollars per hour.Yet they wonder why their service sucks.The attached picture is how much coffee is left after removing ice. Not even a layer of swirl at the bottom either.They are stealing our money.Shut down this location asap corporate dunkin
Had a hot coffee latte this evening with skim milk. The milk was soured. I tried calling back to them to tell them they needed to discard the skim milk and no one answered. (During business hours)

It should not take 20 minutes to wait in line at a Dunkin donuts drive-through. They also screwed up our order and gave us the wrong donut. there's was also an employee taking out garbage at a busy time with many customers that they apparently couldn't handle
Based on the condition of the bathrooms, I would be very nervous to order food or drink here. Both the mens and womens were covered in feces, with odors permeating the closed bathroom doors. I couldn’t believe the dining room was open and busy with the bathrooms in that condition. The business should have been closed until the bathrooms could have been cleaned and sanitized.
